36th Class Leadership Strengths
One of the overarching themes of the 36th Class Signature Program has been the discovery and application of each member’s unique combination of personal strengths. These strengths, the culmination of decades of research by Don Clifton and Gallup Inc., are the characteristics of the world’s most successful people.
The themes, or strengths, are a way to describe what each person naturally does best. Led by Stephanie Werren, certified Gallup Strengths Coach, the class has learned what their own and each other’s dominant strengths are, how to use them to achieve personal and career success, and how to apply them for more effective teams.
When people know how to work as a team, value one another’s talents, and know how to get the best out of each other they will experience team success.
