Foster a culture of teaching excellence, innovation, and relational engagement in which faculty and staff have the resources and support to work alongside students to create profound learning outcomes for all.

• SCOAR Survey – 72 comments identifying faculty and staff as a strength, 25 comments as an opportunity, and 38 comments as a challenge

• Comments included recruitment and retention of highquality faculty and staff, salaries and benefits, innovative teaching, student support

• Student Survey– small class sizes, willingness to help/support

• Alum Focus Groups – impact of relationships with teachers, agency

•Analysis of trends on the future of teaching and learning
