Foster a culture of teaching excellence, innovation, and relational engagement in which faculty and staff have the resources and support to work alongside students to create profound learning outcomes for all.

• SCOAR Survey – 72 comments identifying faculty and staff as a strength, 25 comments as an opportunity, and 38 comments as a challenge
• Comments included recruitment and retention of highquality faculty and staff, salaries and benefits, innovative teaching, student support
