Action Learning for Effective Problem Solving Overview Action learning provides employees with the ability to study their own actions and experiences, together with those of their colleagues, in order to improve performance and creatively solve problems. It works through discussion within the group, allowing members to learn from each other’s experience where similar problems have been identified. Each group member will then take responsibility for future actions relating to personal experience.
Who is it for? Anyone who requires an effective and practical solution to problems faced in the workplace. This programme will demonstrate an innovative and creative method for enabling and empowering all levels of staff to identify their own potential and learning whilst offering a practical demonstration of an Action Learning set.
