Action Learning: The Tool Overview Action Learning provides the tools for group reflection. How we learn from and within a group, and how we can learn by engaging as a team and manage similar problems effectively. It also establishes personal responsibility due to the action learning set being different from a project team or task force.
Who is it for? Anyone who would like to learn how to facilitate Action Learning sets in the workplace or who would like to introduce this practically based learning method into their organisation.
