Liberating Leadership Overview This course is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to be an effective and respected leader. The programme is based on extensive research into the factors that will turn compliance into commitment.
Who is it for? Managers and team leaders who need to build relationships based on trust and responsibility. Please Note: This course assumes participants have at least one year’s management experience. It is not suitable for newly appointed managers.

Before the course, participants are requested to ask five people to complete a short questionnaire about their behaviour as leaders, and complete a similar document themselves. Results enable participants to compare selfperceptions with how others see them, and benchmark against national data.
