Organisational Development: An Introduction Overview In today’s complex and pressurised world, thoughtful leaders and managers are increasingly realising that there are no ‘magic bullets’ when attempting to improve organisational effectiveness. This course will teach you the principles of Organisational Development (OD) and how to apply coherent and sustained programmes with clear organisational outcomes always in mind.
