Project Leadership Review Day
Project Leadership Review Day Overview Capita Learning & Development’s Project Leadership Review Day is an opportunity for participants to share their experience of leading and managing a project and consolidate their overall project leadership knowledge and skills. It is integral as Stage 4 (the final stage) of our Project Leadership Development Programme (see page 54).
What you will learn:
Participants’ presentations of their project (Stage 3 of the Development Programme) A Project Surgery – to review any obstacles/issues encountered in the project work Project leadership coaching A series of core practical exercises A workshop review with future action built into group outputs

Identify, describe and analyse real work examples Demonstrate knowledge of a wide range of processes/approaches in their analysis, and how to lead and manage these processes Provide a range of different examples from the required areas of the work-based project exercise from Stage 3 Provide relevant and meaningful supporting documents Demonstrate that they have learned key leadership traits from their work-based experience
Participants will need to show why they chose a articular approach in their project log over other possible approaches and include elements such as:
Decision-making Team motivation and team working Consultation Influencing and negotiating Emotional intelligence Conflict resolution
On successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate in Project Leadership endorsed by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM). Duration: 1 day Ref: BPLR6
