Project Management: People Skills Overview This course will provide you with a framework for understanding the people involved in projects and equip you with the skills and knowledge to work most effectively with others. Without these key people skills project managers often fail.

Who is it for? Managers and project leaders who are involved in projects. Participants should already have some awareness of project working and its challenges. Please Note: This course does not cover project planning tools and techniques and it does not assume any knowledge of these. These are covered in depth on the course Project Management: Tools & Techniques (see page 57).
