Valuing Diversity Overview This course has been designed to explore diversity in the workplace, focusing on the complexities of difference which can initiate team and individual change.

An overview of legal content in an equal opportunities framework Focusing on our ideals that may not be reality, considering assumptions, attitudes, stereotyping and past life experiences What helps and hinders inclusion and exclusion?

Individuals’ thoughts, feelings and actions, and how to break inappropriate behaviour How our past life influences our views and makes us who we are, exploring what we have in common with other team members
