GLOBAL EXCHANGE MEMBERSHIP

Membership

Membership in Global Exchange is provided to all Capital Vacations Club Owners. As an owner, you are automatically enrolled during the contract period and membership renews annually for no additional fee. Members’ Club loyalty level is matched in the Global Exchange.

Membership is terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions and rules of Global Exchange.

Participation in Global Exchange

Members must be current on all Club financial obligations including loans, fees and dues to participate in the Global Exchange. Named members on the contract may participate in the Global Exchange. This does not include Club “authorized users”.

Accessing the Global Exchange

Once you become a member in the Club, you will have access to Global Exchange. Simply log in to www.capitalvacationsclub.com using your Club credentials and click on the Global Exchange link to get started. We also have a dedicated owner services team to assist in deposits and exchanges. Just call 844-777-2582 Monday to Friday 9AM—7PM and Saturday 10AM—5PM EST to speak with an exchange expert.

Member Support

Global Exchange service agents are available to assist with all member inquiries including booking exchange travel and depositing Club Points. Member Services is available Monday to Friday 9AM – 7PM and Saturday 10AM—5PM EST.

Protecting your Exchange Travel (coming soon)

Exchange Assurance is coming soon – watch for more details – for Global Exchange reservations. When available, cancellations will result in more favorable refund policies so your tier is protected in case something unexpected prevents you from traveling.

Cancelling a Reservation

You may cancel your Global Exchange reservation by calling Owner Services at 844-777-2582 Monday to Friday 9AM—7PM and Saturday 10AM—5PM EST. Refunds are determined by the number of days until the check-in date which is deemed the “cancellation window”. Refunded tiers will be deposited back to your Global Exchange account. Exchange fees are non-refundable.
