Capital Sneak Peek: Platinum Loyalty levels enjoy a first look and stay at our new resorts prior to opening up to all Capital Club Vacation Members.

Late Checkout/Early Check-In: Our Platinum Members enjoy an early check in and/or late check out in all Club Managed Resorts when available. Please call your Vacation Concierge Specialist to request if available at your selected resort destination.

Guest Certificate Pricing: If you book a reservation and decide to allow someone else to stay – we have you covered! Please call a Vacation Concierge Specialist and request a Guest Certificate for your reservation. The Guest Certificate is free within 48 hours of booking your reservation. After 48 hours, each guest certificate has a nominal fee based on your loyalty level.

Unit Upgrades: Our Gold and Platinum Members receive complimentary unit upgrades when available. You can request a unit upgrade within the timeframe outlined based on your loyalty level. Unit Upgrades are not guaranteed and subject to availability.
