RENTAL REVIEW PERTH´S MOST IN-DEMAND SUBURBS This latest stats are in, and the results are clear: Perth´s property market is well and truly back in the game. Though median prices are still down negligibly - the current median is $470,000, a dip of 2.3% on last year (REIWA) - demand is up 6.4% since 2017, and it continues to climb. We are seeing evidence of this in the field, with 32 applications received over the last fortnight and 18 properties successfully leased. We also managed 424 tenant enquiries and conducted over 90 home opens for our landlords. We are back to a situation where we are receiving multiple applications on soughtafter properties in popular suburbs, which means plenty of people are missing out.
