TENANTS: YOU CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT THEM! I’m always amazed to hear stories from prospective tenants - even the dream ones - about being treated like an inconvenience by many rental agencies. You’d think in current market conditions, tenants would be having the red carpet rolled out for them, but it seems restrictive viewing times and a lack of call backs remain the norm. When a prospective tenant comes onto our radar, they get the gold service. This includes pro-active communication about upcoming properties suited to their criteria and follow-ups after they view a property. Why? The proof is in the pudding. We secured 17
off-market leases in the last 60 days, a perfect scenario to minimise gaps in our clients´ revenue. We have 1,500 tenants currently in our database and, because we keep in touch with them, we stay a step ahead. Right now, we have demand outstripping supply in a number of areas.
