We’ve seen relatively strong demand in more centralised suburbs such as Claremont, Applecross and Cottesloe. The team is consistently selling a property a day in these areas, often attracting multiple serious buyers.
Although we’re in the market of selling real estate, we are also selling people a new lifestyle. So we wanted our branding to feel more like a lifestyle brand. The new look is elegant and understated, consistent with the properties we represent on the market.
Last weekend for example, three out of our four auction properties sold after spirited bidding from multiple bidders. This included a home in Cottesloe that sold for ($1.9M), another in Floreat ($2.75M) and East Fremantle ($2.85M). We also agreed a healthy number of Private Treaty sales over what was a very busy weekend in Real Estate.

A TALE OF TWO MARKETS There are two interesting trends in Perth´s rental market right now. On one hand, there´s an oversupply of vacant apartments throughout the metropolitan area, as well as newly built houses in outer suburbs.
