PERTH´S RECOVERY WELL UNDERWAY The Christmas break is just around the corner, and you´re hopefully planning to slow down and enjoy some R&R perhaps even carving out time to explore the wonderful homes we have for sale. At the time of print, we had sold in excess of $345,000,000 in prime Perth real estate, received more than 17,300 buyer enquiries, met more than 9,500 individual buyers, and hosted some 2,700 home opens.

We also called nearly 200 auctions (achieving a clearance rate of close to 75 percent), and distributed just under 2,000,000 copies of the CY Magazine (yes, two-million!). Thanks to the dedication of our team, 654 families successfully made their next move. We´re not done yet there´s still a steady stream of properties going under contract, and we´re calling an auctions on the last Saturday before Christmas December 23. Looking ahead, the outlook is very promising. Many commentators have already pointed out that Perth´s recovery is now well underway in the western suburbs and riverside neighbourhoods. In 2018, we expect to see positive effects ripple through much of the region as reported in the media. Interestingly we are seeing and uplift in the sales and rental markets where in most cycles these two markets are generally opposed.
