CELEBRATING OUR SERVICE TO THE INDUSTRY We recently attended the 12th annual Australasian Real Estate Results Awards (ARERA´s) in Melbourne. The event recognises the top performers over the past 12 months, and we were thrilled to be nominated for nine awards. We came away winners in three categories, and had a fantastic night of entertainment and celebration at the Melbourne Town Hall. Well done to all our nominees, and massive congratulations to our three deserving winners Phil Hayes, Craig Gaspar and Sheridan Currie on their success! It is truly an honour to have you representing our agency. In the hotlycontested Auctioneer of the Year category, Phil Hayes was up against the big guys in the eastern states, where auctions are the dominant sales method. For a West Australian to take out this award is a huge honour, both for Phil and Caporn
Young, and we couldn´t be prouder. The award recognises Phil´s lengthy service to the industry, and the indelible mark he´s made on the WA property scene. Craig Gaspar was awarded the WA Agent of the Year, a remarkable achievement and one which he thoroughly deserves. It´s his first win at the ARERA´s, although at Caporn Young we´ve known about his professionalism and dedication for some time! Craig was unable to attend the ceremony, and I was only too happy to accept the award on his behalf. It´s so wonderful to see Craig´s excellence and integrity rewarded on the national stage. Sheridan Currie was the proud recipient of Property Manager of the Year, and her clients can vouch for the fact that her dedication and work ethic is second-tonone. It´s the second time she´s been recognised at the ARERA´s, having taken out the Rising Star Property Manager award two years ago, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to her landlords and tenants. Congratulations team!
