Make your grocery list

To stay organized and save time at the grocery store, make a list of all of the ingredients you’ll need for the recipes this next week. You’ll want to make your grocery list while you are planning your menu for the week.

Tips:

• If you’re making the same recipe 3 times that week, then triple the quantity of each ingredient. For example, if a recipe calls for 4 oz. of smoked salmon, then be sure to buy 12 oz. for the week. • We recommend grocery shopping on the weekend so that you can have all of your ingredients before you start to meal prep on Sunday.
