Following the imposed health protocols against coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19), different sectors in Caraga region convened on March 1 for this year’s kick-off celebration of Women’s Month through a motorcade around the city thoroughfares of Butuan, followed by a short program at the Philippine Science High School Gymnasium.
