BUTUAN CITY – A total of 26 “padyak” or pedicab drivers have benefited from the relief goods distributed by the Agusan del Sur Police Provincial Office (ADS-PPO), under the “Kapwa Ko, Sagot Ko” or “My Fellow, My Responsibility” Program of the Philippine National Police (PNP). This program aims to help the drivers and their family cope with their daily needs of food supply amid the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
