Duterte Legacy Barangayanihan Caravan portrays whole-of-nation approach in informing the public The Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) has partnered with the Department of Interior and Local Government to reach out and inform more Filipinos of the accomplishments of the Duterte administration. to inform the people [Today, we launched the Duterte Legacy Barangayanihan Caravan across the country. This is a simultaneous event which portrays our whole-of-nation approach to inform the people],” he said.

Andanar, the Barangayanihan Caravan is an offshoot of the said legacy communications campaign. “It’s a very good program because we included all government agencies,” he said.

The PCOO, along with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the Philippine National Police (PNP) spearheaded the simultaneous launch of the ‘Duterte Legacy: Barangayanihan Caravan Towards National Recovery’ in different regions throughout the country this Thursday morning.

“Along the way, we discover new things and new ideas just like this one. It started with a meeting with the DILG, and they offered to have the caravan in barangays and have it named as the Barangayanihan Caravan,” he added.
