DA Caraga commences urban gardening contest for the youth
The Department of Agriculture (DA) – Caraga launched on August 31 the Urban Gardening Contest for the Youth through a virtual ceremony. The contest is spearheaded by the Regional Agriculture and Fisheries Information Section (RAFIS) with the support of the DA-High Value Crops Development Program and in partnership with the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federations of the Region. It aims to promote urban agriculture especially to the youth and encourage more people to engage in it.
