Some 78 fishermen from the two coastal barangays of Adlay, and Dahican formally received 40 units of the modified Fish Aggregating Devices (FADs) or locally known as “Payao” during the project’s turn-over and acceptance ceremony held at Adlay Production Center, Adlay, Carrascal, Surigao del Sur recently.
