WHAT IS A CAREER COACH? •

A unique resource stationed in high schools to assist students in career exploration. A person who: • • • • •
“Thinks with” the student about future career plans Teaches sound decision making techniques Assists with action planning to move forward in whatever direction they choose Prepares students for introduction into the workforce Provides connections with resources
