HOW THE IDEA WAS BORN??
The expected learning outcomes of the Architectural Design and Construction Laboratory are the ability to develop a project oriented towards feasibility and buildability; in particular, the ability to elaborate design attentive to the construction dimension.

The Project area is located in an ex-industrial area in the Olona Valley. The design theme includes redevelopments, replacements and thinning of the area, where there is currently an area intended for recreational activities especially used in the spring / summer months.
Our intervention required the design of one or two complexes that reflected an anti-seismic design and with an environmental sensitivity. The project sees the design of two “twin” buildings but with different functions and construction techniques. Below I will show in more detail building 2, where we find the function of a small Spa, linked to the Yoga center located in building 1.
