Campers will use recycled goods to create art projects as well as learn ways to reduce trash in their home through interactive games and activities. Saving the world can be fun! METEOROLOGY

Did you know we need insects to survive? Our food source depends on pollinators. Many of our native pollinators are on the decline. We’ll discover which pollinators live in Central Park and how we can help increase and attract them so we can enjoy our favorite foods!

Did you ever wonder what causes the weather? Why is it hot in the summer and cold in the winter? Campers will make a mini tornado in a bottle, study clouds and learn all about the weather. We will construct a mini weather station to record what is going on outside each day. Let’s see if you can predict the weather!
