Adult Endurance Training

Go the distance! Work on refining your freestyle technique and building up impressive endurance in the water. Perfect for swimmers interested in completing a triathlon or simply looking for a new, challenging way to get a great workout. Participants must be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle.

Adult Swim Lessons

ADULT SWIM LESSONS: BEGINNER

It’s never too late to learn how to swim! Learn the basics of swimming and familiarize yourself with the water. Gain simple aquatic skills, such as floating and gliding, and begin to develop your freestyle stroke.

ADULT SWIM LESSONS: INTERMEDIATE

Now that you’ve completed our Adult Swim Lessons: Beginner level, keep developing your swimming strokes and technique. This level is for swimmers who have some knowledge of swimming but want to continue developing swimming technique and strokes.

American Red Cross Classes

LIFEGUARDING, BLENDED LEARNING

Learn vital life-saving skills in and out of the water. This blended learning course combines online learning and in-person skills training. Completion of this week-long online course and 2-day in-person skills training will earn you an American Red Cross Lifeguarding and CPR/AED/First Aid for the Professional Rescuer certification. Registration will close one week before the scheduled in-person training. You must be able to attend all scheduled classes for the session and you must complete the online portion before the start of the scheduled class dates.

ADULT AND PEDIATRIC FIRST AID/CPR/AED

This American Red Cross course trains lay responders to act in emergency situations. Recognize and care for life threatening respiratory or cardiac emergencies in adults, children, and infants. It also provides lay responders the knowledge and skills necessary to give care in an emergency, as well as help sustain life and minimize the consequences of injury or sudden illness until medical help arrives.

PADDLE BOARD YOGA

Get ready for a one-of-a-kind experience: yoga...on water! Explore stretching and strengthening on a Stand Up Paddleboard designed specifically for yoga. Learn how to engage your muscles and to be mindfully present in every life moment while releasing tension. Work with a group to discover balance over the water together. All equipment is provided and accessible for beginners in yoga or paddle boarding.
