MENTAL HEALTH SERIES

There is no comparable feeling to watching your child succeed at what they love, and as parents there can be pressure to provide the best type of support to help your kids reach their goals. Amidst the overwhelming world of travel teams, college recruiting, personal trainers, and endless equipment upgrades, it can be easy to lose sight of the type of stable, loving aid that will empower your young athlete to feel free to fail and motivated to keep going. Brian Tremml is a former Division 1 athlete and coach and currently works as a mental performance consultant and licensed mental health provider specializing in supporting athletes. Join us for an evening dedicated to fostering a conversation surrounding how to help young athletes maintain positive mental well-being while pushing themselves to reach their goals in the field of performance.

MENTAL HEALTH SERIES

In pursuit of peak performance, athletes have three domains in which they can focus their attention: their bodies, their craft, and their mind. Most athletes have a general sense of how to train their bodies through increasing strength and flexibility, while countless hours are spent honing their craft by sharpening their technique and strategy. Harnessing the mind represents the final frontier of accessing peak performance, and mental skills training represents a first step in realizing your full potential. Join us for an evening with Mental Performance Consultant Brian Tremml who will introduce mental skills that will have an immediate impact on helping you reach your goals.
