MY PARK SERIES: WEST PARK

There have been many new and exciting improvements to West Park and we invite you to catch a glimpse of all the newly installed features and learn some of the history of this park. We’ll stroll around the new playground and splashpad, lagoon, into the prairie, and through the woods as we talk about the unique features of this park. Meet at West Park Main Shelter. MY PARK SERIES: MEADOWLARK PARK

Meadowlark Park has received a complete makeover! Along with a new playground, pickleball courts, and fishing pier, new habitat has also been established within the park. Come join us to see this newly upgraded park as we explore the varying habitat surrounding this park. Meeting location is in the Meadowlark Park parking lot.

NATURE EDUCATION MY PARK SERIES: CENTRAL PARK EAST

Join us for a hike through Central Park’s East Woods to learn about forest ecology as well as the ecological work being done to restore native habitat in the park. We’ll examine and identify trees and plants along the way and talk about some of the natural features of East Woods. Meeting location is East Woods Shelters.
