Payments
Registrants are required to either pay in full or enroll in a payment plan and complete an Automatic Payment Request form at the time of registration If enrolling in a payment plan, payments for trips are withdrawn from the account listed on the Automatic Payment Request form on the payment due date for each trip If a due date has passed, you may still enroll in the trip if space is available, payment is then due at registration Enroll in the waitlist for a trip any time at no fee

Trip Cancellations
Withdrawals should be requested prior to the payment deadline

Beginning and intermediate tumblers learn or refine skills including cartwheels, handstands, bridges, and front and back walkovers Class is perfect for cheerleaders and kids who need more focus on floor work to move up a level or prepare for a competition

Intermediate and advanced tumblers learn or improve front and back handsprings, front and back tucks, layouts and other aerial skills based on their experience level. Tumbltrak is used. A fenced in playground is located on the west side of the Simkus Recreation Center. A large multi age play structure is surrounded by a pour in place rubber surface that mimics a little roadway. Included in the play area is a 20 yard artificial turf field for open play and small sports programs. The surface and amenities are designed to offer greater mobility for all visitors. The playground area is a fun amenity for the preschool program, school year programs, summer camp. Consider this private play area for your next rental or birthday party.

Playing Up
Meet and Greet
The meet and greet is a set time where players, parents and coaches meet each other and hand out any necessary information and in some cases receive their uniforms
Player Evaluations
Players get rated based on each skill set for that particular sport for the draft/team placement Drafts are typically for ages 10U and above All players are encouraged to attend
Placed on a Specific Team
Due to the nature of the program, we cannot accept any coach, player or carpool requests However, one mutual friendship request is honored for players in a league for 2nd grade/8U and younger along with youth volleyball Request deadlines are the same as registration deadlines (not an early bird)

Players placed on a waitlist are not guaranteed placement on a team Team placement will only be done when a team is below the established maximum number of participants
Players will not be added to any team one week prior to the first scheduled game
Playing up is not allowed for instructional soccer or tee ball For all other leagues, playing up is allowed by one age or grade level Any player seeking to play up must get permission from the league supervisor prior to registration Any participant playing up must also register in person
