How strengthening relationships is the driving force behind everything we do. When 2019 began, Dewayne and Kirk set their sights on a sales goal of $91 Million. In order to reach this achievement, they knew that they needed to concentrate on two things: what they know, and who they know.

With these principles in mind, they created a sales map that would focus on getting them out in front of the community, with a purpose of educating the consumer and giving back. They created a strategic plan that included launching their video series “60 Lessons in 60 Years� which follows Kirk & Dewayne as they share insights into they have amassed in their 60+ combined years in real estate. In order to ensure that they remained at the forefront of past and future clients’ minds, they also chose to create memorable experiences that helped demonstrate the personality of our team and what we stand for.

THE DIFFERENCE From the iconic “White Party” held this summer at the new Ember & Oak restaurant in Downtown Melbourne, to their monthly Investment Luncheon series, the CK Pumpkin Patch and the very successful “Lunch & Love” business partner events, the CK Team poured their efforts into strengthening their ties to their clients, their network of business partners and the community at large. With the success of these initiatives, not only did they meet their $91 Million dollar goal – they CRUSHED it! The team clocked in with a final sales tally of over $106 Million and over 240 transactions.
