Attendee shipping is available at the service counter during exhibit hours on Saturday, but unavailable on Sunday. Exhibitor Meeting To review trade show logistics, there will be an exhibitors' meeting at the end of show set-up on Friday, October 4, 3:30–4:00, on the exhibit floor. Free beer and soda will be served. Silent Auction Conducted for the benefit of the Book Industry Charitable Foundation, the silent auction is a great way to help a valuable cause and get great deals on items generously donated by our exhibitors. A complete list of items ready for bidding is available at booth 1000. Look for the red pennant signifying the exhibitor has a silent auction item in their booth. Visit that exhibitor to view their item(s) and place your bids at the silent auction booth, where the current high bid will be on display. Bidding begins at 9:30 am and ends at 3:30 pm. Winners must be present to win. They will be announced over the PA system and must claim their prize within 30 minutes, or the item(s) will be awarded to the next highest bidder.
