Early Childhood Summer Camps!
CDS Summer Camps are fun-filled, exciting programs for students ages 3 to 6 years old! There is time to make friends, do creative projects, play games and enjoy exploring outdoor fun. Summer Camp is rewarding and enjoyable for young children because all activites are designed with their interests in mind. Daily activities include movement, music, art, centers, stories, outdoor play and more! The CDS summer staff comes from our very own highly experienced, professional Early Childhood faculty. Half Day Camps: $150 (8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.) Full Day Camps: $250 (8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) Before Care (Free) and After Care ($12.00 per day) Available Before Care available as early as 7:30 a.m. and After Care available as late as 5:30 p.m. All campers must meet the minimum age requirement of 3 years old and be potty-trained by the start of each week’s camp.
June 4 - 8: DRIP....DRIP....SPLASH What’s the most enjoyable way to start summer in Florida? With the 3 Ws - Wet, Wiggles, and Wonder!
June 11 - June 15: DAVINCI, RODIN, MICHELANGELO, and ME! Calling all budding artists to join us in our big room studio as we draw, paint, sculpt, and create!
June 18 - June 22: CULINARY ADVENTURES Mini Chefs, are you ready to get into the action? Mixing, pouring, chopping is a tasty way to learn about nutritious foods and safe kitchen skills.
June 25 - June 29: OOEY, GOOEY SCIENCE FUN How about a whole new meaning to hands-on fun? Let’s make goop, gak, Play-Dough, and slime! In observance of Fourth of July: NO CAMPS July 2nd-6th!
July 9 - July 13: FULL “STEEM” AHEAD! All the storybook characters have problems to solve! Three Little Pigs need a wolf-proof house; The Bear Family has to handle Goldilocks; and there’s this Little Engine that has to make it up the hill. We can help because at CDS we use Science, Technology, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, and Math to create solutions!
July 16 - July 20: CODING ADVENTURES Join us for a fun way for kids to learn basic computational thinking and programming skills. With the help of Code-a-pillar and Dash the Robot. July 23 - July 27: FAIRY TALES & CASTLES “If you want your children to be intelligent, read them fairy tales. If you want them to be more intelligent, read them more fairy tales.” - Albert Einstein Bearss Avenue Campus July 23 - July 27: CALLING ALL RISING FIRST GRADERS! Are you ready for a whole lot of first grade fun? Join your old friends and meet some new ones as together we explore the big campus, play games, make crafts, and get excited for the year ahead. A great way to introduce students to everything the Bearss Avenue Campus has to offer! Offered by Carol Beyer and Jodi Wright: $150 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
