All students are assessed a $250 security fee annually.

Tuition for kindergarten through Upper School does not cover cost of uniforms or daily student supplies such as pencils, notebooks, and folders. Every 4th through 12th grade student will be required to have a personally owned device with certain specifications.

Tuition Payment Plans As a convenience, parents can pay tuition in installments through two payment plans: Semi Annual or Monthly (9 months - June - February) for an additional fee. The administrative charge for installment payment plans are due in July. This charge covers the cost of extending the payment plan, and includes, but is not limited to fees charged by third party processors and a portion of the Tuition Refund Plan. • • •

Carrollwood Day School uses FACTS Tuition Management for billing and payments of tuition and fees (with the exception of lunch, camps, and overnight trips). Parents are required to set up and maintain a FACTS account for all payments. CDS cannot accept payments in cash; payments must be made by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) from a checking or savings account, or by credit card (subject to a 2.85% convenience fee) directly to FACTS; personal check, cashier’s check, bank check, and money order can also be accepted.
