A total power output of 675PS (666bhp), and torque figure of 700 Nm (516 lb ft) plus a focus on weight saving will ensure an electrifying, engaging and visceral driving experience. These output figures are produced by a heavily revised 3.8-litre twin turbo V8 featuring lightweight components and new turbos. The track-dedicated 1000PS McLaren P1 GTR was also presented in Geneva. The front track is 80mm wider than the road-going McLaren P1
and with its aggressively profiled front splitter, the also car sits 50mm lower to the ground on centre-locking 19-inch motorsport alloy wheels shod with Pirelli slick tyres. The rear of the track-only model is dominated, in contrast to the road-going McLaren P1, by the presence of a fixed-height wing which sits more than 400mm above the sculpted rear bodywork. At its heart, the McLaren P1 GTR integrates the 3.8-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine with an enhanced lightweight electric motor. Ferrari 488 GTB
EXTREME
POWER
Forty years on from the unveiling of its first ever mid-rear-engined V8 model, the 308 GTB, the Prancing Horse opens a new chapter in its 8-cylinder history. The Ferrari 488 GTB provides track-level performance that can be enjoyed to the full even by non-professional drivers in everyday use.

T
he new berlinetta brilliantly encapsulates Ferrari’s experience in both F1 and the WEC, where the 458 GT holds the World Championship title and has won its category in the last two editions of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The new model also exploits to the full the know-how gleaned by Ferrari technicians over the last decade through the XX programme which makes extreme track-only cars available to gentleman test-drivers. The data yielded has made a significant contribution to the refinement of the electronic and vehicle control systems so that drivers can make the most of the incredible performance of this new car. The Ferrari 488 GTB’s new 3902 cc V8 turbo is at the top of its class for power output, torque and response times, making it the new benchmark for this kind of architecture. The engine unleashes 670 cv at 8,000 rpm along with 760 Nm of maximum torque in seventh gear and a response time to the accelerator of just 0.8 seconds at 2,000 rpm. These figures are sufficient to allow the Ferrari 488 GTB to accelerate from 0-200 km/h in an astonishing 8.3 seconds and, when combined with the radical innovations introduced on all aspects of the car’s performance, lap the Fiorano track in just 1’23”.
The gearbox features Variable Torque Management which unleashes the engine’s massive torque smoothly and powerfully right across the rev range, while specific gear ratios deliver incredibly progressive acceleration when the driver floors the throttle. As is always the case, Ferrari’s engineers have dedicated great attention to perfecting the 488 GTB’s sound, creating a new soundtrack that is full, clear and totally distinctive, as expected from any Prancing Horse engine.
(
EXTREME POWER
(
The car’s aerodynamics also made a pivotal contribution to performance: its 1.67 efficiency figure is a new record for a production Ferrari, and is the fruit of 50 per cent more downforce than the previous model and reduced drag. The greatest challenge was achieving these two goals simultaneously. Several innovative elements were specifically developed to do so, not least a double front spoiler, base bleed side intakes and, at the rear, active aerodynamics coupled with a blown spoiler. The aerodynamic underbody, which incorporates vortex generators, is highly sophisticated, too.
The Ferrari 488 GTB’s subsystems and electronic controls make its power and performance instantly available and controllable with razor-sharp response times comparable to those of a track car. The evolved version of Ferrari’s side slip angle control system is more precise and less invasive, providing greater longitudinal acceleration out of corners. Aside from integrating with the car’s F1-Trac and E-Diff, the SSC2 now also controls the active dampers which renders the car’s dynamic behaviour during complex manoeuvres even flatter and more stable. Designed by the Ferrari Styling Centre, the new car features very sculptural flanks which are the key to its character. Its large signature air intake scallop is a nod to the original 308 GTB and is divided into two sections by a splitter.

The wide front spoiler features a double profile to improve the thermal efficiency of the radiators positioned at the sides. At the centre two pylons are combined with a deflector which channels air towards the flat underbody. The broad, low tail is also dominated by aerodynamic solutions, including an innovative blown spoiler which generates downforce without increasing drag. This works in conjunction with an aggressive ramp angle for the diffuser which features active flaps.
The greater height required for the diffuser was achieved by repositioning the exhaust tailpipes. In the cabin, the seamless integration of the new satellite control clusters, angled air vents and instrument panel heightens the sense that the cockpit is completely tailored around the driver. Usability was the key word in the design, leading to an extremely sporty ambience that in no way

compromises on comfort. There are plenty of classic Ferrari styling elements too, such as the clear separation between the dashboard and tunnel, the multifunctional steering wheel, the control switch bridge and wraparound seats. The graphics and interface of the infotainment screen have also been completely redesigned while the design of the car’s new key takes its inspiration from the car’s cylinder banks and allows keyless starts.

The revisions to the exterior aesthetic are completed with the addition of new wheels to the range of 20” and 21” designs available. The standard wheel for the GT V8 and GT W12 becomes a new 20”, six-tri-spoke wheel, in painted finish for the V8 and bright machined for the W12. The Mulliner Driving Specification wheel changes to a new 21” seven-twin-spoke design, finished in Graphite grey with bright machined spokes. Finally, a new 21” five-spoke directional sports wheel joins the existing 21” design available for the V8 S and GT Speed. Enhancing the GT’s iconic silhouette further, three new paint colours are available: Marlin (a rich metallic blue), Camel (a soft golden tone) and Jetstream (a light, bright metallic blue). Modern Refinements A new and contemporary straight-fluting
pattern adorns the four generous seats, while the Mulliner Driving Specification (standard on GT Speed) gains a tightened, “smalldiamond” quilting pattern reminiscent of a tailored British jacket. Driver controls are allnew, with an optional, more ergonomic and sports-orientated steering wheel and larger gear-shift paddles incorporating tactile knurled metal embellishers. Brightware elements across the console are updated, the driver’s instrument panel receives new dials and graphics for a refreshed, more contemporary look, and the beauty of the new interior is now illuminated by LEDs. T
he settemilamiglialontano team aboard the new Great Wall H6 SUV and the Steed 5 has completed the fifth stage of the seven planned and continues around the world taking on the last adventure before returning to Italy: the crossing of the African continent. The expedition on board the Great Wall vehicles (both turbo diesel 2.0 4x4 with 143 hp), made available by importer Eurasia, is divided into seven stages, each of which is undertaken for charity, benefitting seven different charitable organizations. The voyage kicked-off on June 12 of last year, taking the participants across Europe (under the banner of the association ANT), then through the immense Asian continent (for the Emergency charity), embarking in Hong Kong towards Alaska. From Alaska the third crew (Association Casa delle Donne) has descended North America reaching Panama where the vehicles were passed to the association from Livorno (Italy) Casa della Zizzi which continued up to Bolivia; from Bolivia the crew, under the banner of COOPI, descended the Andes to the end of the world, Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego. A challenging and spectacular trip, traveling through wonders such as Los Glaciares National Park (Argentina) and the Parque Nacional Torres del Paine (Chile), where landscapes of incomparable beauty include mountains, deserts, salt lakes and grasslands.

THE ULTIMATE AFRICAN CHALLENGE
In addition to the territory, the crew of COOPI was able to learn about the traditions, habits and cuisine of local populations. As a matter of fact, let’s not forget that this trip is aimed at learning and bear testimony of the eating habits of our planet. A precious collection of photos, videos and other evidence will be presented at Hall Zero at Expo Milano 2015, widely regarded as the symbol of this important event which theme is to address nutrition in a sustainable perspective. Continuing on the cultural note, the crew continued from Tierra del Fuego to Buenos Aires where the two Great Wall, the H6 SUV and Steed 5 Pick-Up, were shipped to Cape Town (South Africa), after having traveled for more than 11,000 kilometers in South America. From Cape Town, the sixth stage started on February 14 under the banner of Cesvi, that fights for food independence for local people, promoting traditional cultures according to sustainable agricultural production, improving conservation techniques and ensuring access to water and sanitation.
(
Other ninety days are expected before the return to Italy, ninety days that represent perhaps the biggest challenge for the last two crews and for the two Great Wall vehicles that will need to prove their strength and reliability along a system of precarious roads and often interrupted by equatorial forests and deserts. For all those who wish to follow the adventure in detail and for those who want to buy a part of the trip, which will then be donated to charity, they can do so by connecting to the website www.7milamiglialontano.com. SP1 is the first creation of the newly formed Morgan Special Projects Division. SP1 showcases every aspect of the skilled craftsmanship utilised at Morgan; harnessed over 105 years of bespoke, coach-built, manufacturing. Taking inspiration from the 2009 LifeCar concept vehicle, the body has been entirely redesigned with improved proportions and a greatly enhanced on-road presence.

T
he Morgan SP1 (Special Project 1) is a one off, bespoke creation that has been recently commissioned through the Morgan Special Projects Division. The SP1 represents the true capabilities of Britain’s last privately owned car manufacturer and like every Morgan is as individual as its owner. The SP1 was commissioned as a showcase vehicle to exemplify the craftsmanship and flexibility exhibited in every Morgan car built. At the heart of the rigid steel chassis is a naturally aspirated 3.7 litre Ford V6 engine, as used in the Morgan V6 Roadster. A new suspension setup, a bespoke Engine Management System and custom sports exhaust enhance the driving dynamics of the SP1. The wooden frame of the coach-built body is constructed using Ash Wood, combined with African Bubinga Red Hardwood chosen by the client to represent his business life spent on that continent. The tonal contrast between these woods is most apparent in the joints that hold each part of the frame together, purposefully left exposed as a reminder of the inherent knowledge accumulated by Morgan craftsmen over 105 years of working with wood. The aluminium body has been hand formed over a wooden ‘egg box’ construction, using an English wheel. To ensure structural and aerodynamic excellence, cutting-edge digital design and simulation tools were used to prove surface styling prior to lengthy fabrication.

(
THE MORGAN SP1
(
The sculptural form of the SP1 has been highlighted using a striking multi-coat paint finish. Natural aniline leather is found at each point of contact and will wear and distress with use, maturing with each journey the client undertakes. The component details interact with the driver in a most engaging way - for example, after the car has been armed electronically, a sequence of roof mounted toggle switches
are flicked to ‘prepare for flight’ before a final toggle switch starts the engine. The SP1 features an infotainment system, driven through an iPad that has been installed in the fascia and secured by dual handstitched leather straps. A reflection of both Morgan’s willingness to embrace the future, whilst remaining constant to its coach-built craft roots. The SP1 truly celebrates the
blend of craftsmanship and technology that Morgan is so famous for, and is the perfect way to launch Morgan Special Projects, encompassing everything that this unique and highly skilled division of Morgan represents.

Historic Historic 1963 Chrysler Chrysler 1963 Turbine Car Turbine Car
This rare prototype vehicle is powered by a turbine engine which runs on Kerosene, Diesel – or JP-4 Jet Fuel. A total of 50 Ghia-bodied Turbine Cars were built between 1963 and 1964, loaned to members of the general public, but never put into series production
O
ne of three such prototypes in the Company’s collection, this “Turbine Bronze” example has been displayed to the public alongside 18 other classic cars as part of the Art and the Automobile historic vehicle exhibit at the 2015 Canadian International AutoShow, February 13-22, 2015.
“The Chrysler Turbine program began in 1954 - in the supersonic jet airplane age -and lasted until 1981,” said Brandt Rosenbusch, Manager of Historical Vehicles – FCA US. “Like today, the company was exploring alternative propulsion solutions and to prove the engine’s flexibility, even ran them on perfume and alcohol – aside from the ‘standard’ JP-4 Jet Fuel. We have not shipped the car to Canada in the 25 years I have been here.” CIAS General Manager, Jason Campbell said: “The exhibit traces the artistic progression of vehicle design through the decades and the Chrysler Turbine Car is a great example of the transition period from the chromeplated, aircraft- and rocket-influenced designs of the ‘50s to the more pure forms of the ‘60s, as it includes elements of both. Besides which, it is a very pretty and historically important car.” A total of seven generations of prototype turbine engines were produced by what was then Chrysler Corporation. While most were installed in standard Chrysler cars and trucks, the 1963 Turbine Cars - with fifth generation engines - were specially designed to be powered by the experimental powertrains. A total of 50 Chrysler Turbine Cars - with their now-signature bodywork crafted by Carrozzeria Ghia of Turin, Italy - were built
between 1963 and 1964. All were painted the same “Turbine Bronze” colour and had matching interiors. Most of the vehicles were loaned to members of the general public for a three month trial period. A total of 200 families used the vehicles. Their feedback was overwhelmingly positive, however the turbine engine was never put into production due to the cost of its manufacturing versus standard internal combustion engine. At the end of the evaluation period all but nine of these cars were scrapped due to tax and import tariffs. Of the nine remaining, three were kept by Chrysler Corp. and one each was given to the other museums. The cars currently reside at Detroit Historical, Smithsonian Inst., Museum of Transportation, St. Louis, Peterson Museum, Los Aangeles, and a private owner in Indiana, the Blackhawk Collection and Jay Leno. Of these, four are in running condition, including the one displayed in Toronto.

The 1930 Bentley 6½ Litre Speed Six with Gurney Nutting coachwork, starts its 85th anniversary in style

The “Blue Train

I
n 1930, Captain Woolf Barnato, Chairman of Bentley Motors, and also a true “Bentley Boy having entered and won the Le Mans 24 hours three times, was staying in Cannes at the Carlton Hotel with his golfer friend, Dale Bourn. He accepted a wager that he could not only beat the Blue Train to Calais, as had been done before, but could be at his club in London before the train reached Calais.
(
THE “BLUE TRAIN”
(
Richard Charlesworth, Head of the Bentley Heritage Collection, comments: “We are most grateful to Bruce McCaw for the loan of his legendary Bentley Speed Six. There are many exciting plans for the car to mark its 85th anniversary, including a recreation of the original run from Cannes to London.”
On the day of the race, he finished his drink in the bar at the Carlton hotel when he heard the train had departed at 17.54. He had arranged for fuel stations to remain open through the night in Aix-En-Provence and Lyon, and a tanker lorry in Auxerre, and despite a puncture near Paris, he reached Boulogne with an hour to spare. He arrived at the Conservative Club in St James, London for a celebratory drink having passed the clock at Victoria Railway Station at 15.30 the next day, four minutes before the train was due to arrive in Calais, having averaged 43.43 mph driving on pre-motorway roads. He won the £100 wager, although the Automotive Club de France attempted to fine him £200 for an un-authorised race in France.
The Speed Six evolved in 1929 as a racing version of the 6½ Litre, introduced in 1926. The first car raced as No 1 at Le Mans in 1929 where it won, and returned as ‘Old No 1’ to win again in 1930. A total of 182 Speed Sixes were built between 1929 – 1930 with a variety of body styles and types from several coachbuilders. Speed Six Chassis No HM 2855 was delivered to Bentley Chairman Woolf Barnato by Coachbuilder Gurney Nutting in May 1930. Barnato had many Bentleys personally commissioned to suit his requirements, all were bespoke, ‘one off’ vehicles. In recent years evidence has come to light that suggests that although the car appeared in the Terence Cuneo painting of the race, it may be that it was in fact another Speed Six with a Mulliner Saloon body, also owned by Barnato, that actually accomplished the feat. It remains a mystery, the truth will never be known for sure, but this unique car remains one of the most striking, stylish and famous vintage Bentleys from that era.

The inaugural Road to Mandalay attracted 70 entries from 18 different countries for the timed rally of 10,000kms from Singapore, crossing Malaysia and Thailand, and then entering Burma in an historic border crossing to finish in Mandalay. The winner of the Classics division of the Rally was decided on the final day with just one second difference, giving first place to the 1965 Porsche 911 of the UK’s Peter and Zoe Lovett. Peter and Zoe finished the 24-day rally, organised by the Endurance Rally Association, with an overall total of 1:11:20, getting revenge on Peking to Paris 2013 winners Gerry Crown and Matt Bryson from Australia, who were the ones who had to settle for second place this time in the 1974 Leyland P76 with a total of 1:11:21. Third place went to Brits Grant Tromans and Simon Russell in the 1973 Datsun 240Z with an overall time of 1:13:04. In the Vintageants division, the three-way battle between the Chevrolets ended with Americans Bill Shields and Scott Herbstman taking the top spot with an overall total of 1:19:47 in their 1938 Coupe. Peking to Paris winners Phil Garratt and Kieron Brown from the UK came second in the 1937 Fangio Coupe on 1:20:32, while fellow
Americans Daniel Day and Ronald Doyle in the ’37 Coupe came third on 1:25:24. There were class wins for the big 1957 Chevy Bel Air Convertible of yanks John Rich III and son John, the 1928 Bentley 4 ½ Le Mans of Denmark’s Lars and Annette Rolner, and the ‘69 Volvo Amazon of Frenchman Ludovic Bois and Julia Colman from the UK. Special awards were also awarded at the Gala dinner in Bagan at the end of the rally. The True Grit award was presented to Belgium’s Erwin Beerens and Gert Mertens in the 1928 Rolls Royce 40/50 Silver Ghost, while the Against All Odds award went to Heather and Jo Worth from New Zealand in the troubled 1968 Volvo Amazon that despite its constant technical difficulties still managed to cross the finish line. The Spirit of the Rally award was given to Joost Van Cauwenberge and Christine De Landtsheer from Belgium in the 2011 Toyota Landcruiser, who joined the rally despite not being eligible to compete as a tourer. However they supported the teams throughout – even housing a Gin and Tonic bar in the rear of his vehicle at the finishing point each day, hence the ‘spirit’ award.

FORMULA ONE
‌ Y D A E R E WE AR For the second consecutive season, MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS will be the only front-running team on the grid to field an unchanged driver line-up. After a titanic battle between the pair throughout the 2014 season, both Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg have been hard at work in preparation for the season ahead and are relishing the challenge of 2015.
WE ARE READY...
n o t l i m a H Lewis
“The winter break was a good chance to relax. I was working right up until mid-December and had been in the factory earlier that day but then had a couple of weeks away skiing before getting straight back into training after Christmas”, says Lewis. “It’s never great to get back into that routine but it has to be done and my motivation was not lacking in any way, which is a really positive sign. “You hear about people who achieve a lot but then lose their focus and you wonder; at what point does it fade off? I’m grateful that the fire is still there in me. I think subconsciously the taste of success spurs me on – I like that feeling and I want to feel it again and again. I’m not going to sit here and say I don’t feel like I’ve won two World Championships – but I’m a racer. I’m glad me and Nico had the battle we did last year. I love winning races but it just feels so much better when you have to fight for it. I just want to get back out there, race hard, be the best I can be and hopefully win some more.
“But just because you’ve had success before, it’s never easy to just carry it on. We’ve probably made it harder for ourselves with the way things went last year – it isn’t easy to improve on something that was already so strong when the rules haven’t really changed. But we know there are areas we can improve and I know everyone wants to come back even stronger. I’ve seen the guys at the factory pushing like crazy to put everything together, so it just goes to show that you can’t ever really be comfortable. Hopefully we’re on the right path. It’s not until the end of the last test that you start to get a feel for where the car might be – and even then you don’t know for sure. You can never rule anybody out and we’ll be keeping an eye on the others as always. Unfortunately for them we have an amazing team and it will be tough to match the work these guys do – but not impossible. We have to take things one step at a time and hope that at the end of those 20 big steps in the season we’re ahead.”
WE ARE READY...
PIT STOP
“At this point, every team is on zero points.” Says Toto Wolff, Head of Mercedes-Benz Motorsport. “The only thing we know for sure is that we have consistency in our driver line-up for the third year running and they know what’s expected of them, just as we know what they expect from us. We’re looking forward to seeing them push each other and the team forward. It will be another fascinating battle between the two but we must wait until Melbourne until we know if we have provided them with a car that allows them to fight each other for wins.”
WE ARE READY...
PIT STOP Executive Technical Director Paddy Lowe: “This time last year, with the new Hybrid technology yet to hit the track, we went to Silverstone for a filming day and were genuinely surprised to see the car drive out of the garage! Second time around we may be over the initial hurdles of the new formula but we keep them fresh in our minds, as it demonstrates that nothing can be taken for granted. The only thing that is in our control is the ability to do the very best we can in every area.
WE ARE READY...
g r e b s o R Nico
“It’s been a great winter, although it has actually seemed very long to me” , says Nico. “The lucky thing about this sport as a driver is that you get a lot of down time between each season to rest, recharge, spend time with the family and really hit the training hard. But now I am eager to get back to work and go maximum attack for another season. I know the feeling of winning and of fighting for a Championship after last year – but I also know the feeling of not winning in the end and I don’t want to repeat that. It’s an extra boost and it gives me so much motivation for the year ahead. “I’m so proud to be in this moment with the team – coming off the back of a fantastic year, putting the Silver Arrows right back at the front where they belong. It will be massively tough to repeat what we achieved in 2014 but we all want to keep that momentum going and to dominate the sport for many years to come. We know the opposition will be right there, so
we have to keep pushing flat out to have any chance of doing that. Nothing is for certain but, whatever happens, I know it will be another great battle with Lewis. This year is the rematch for me and I’m massively motivated for it. “It’s always a really exciting time around the launch – getting to drive the car for the first time, having our first insight into what’s new, how it feels, how hard we can push straight away. Then getting into what the set-up parameters are doing, making a few changes, getting a feel for how it behaves. I knew so much about the new car from my time at the factory – but only on paper. Getting out there and driving it properly in testing is an awesome feeling. This is where we build our experience and knowledge for the first race and it’s so important to get that baseline right. Melbourne is a long way off but I’m feeling good in myself and confident in this team because, to put it simply, they’re just an awesome group of people to work with.”
WE ARE READY...
PIT STOP “Of course, like every other team on the grid, we have been pushing harder than ever to find areas for performance gains.” says Executive Technical Director Paddy Lowe. “But at the same time, we must ensure we are moving in the correct direction. One of the risks with car development is that attempting forward steps can easily turn into rearward steps. You have to take risks to progress – but those risks must be carefully managed in order to produce a car that is better than its predecessor. This has been an underlying theme for the team over the winter.”
WE ARE READY...
PIT STOP
“We have been working hard on all areas of the Power Unit to increase the conversion efficiency of every single system – trying to make our package more thermally efficient and produce greater absolute power”. Says Andy Cowell, Managing Director, Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains. “The focus in this respect has been on combustion efficiency and frictional losses – be they in core parts of the ICE or the ancillary aspects of both ICE and ERS. Development of fuel and lubricants has been critical to this process and we have continued working well with PETRONAS in this respect.”

PIT STOP In 2015, the fourth season of the WEC, there will be eight events in Great Britain, Belgium, France, Germany, USA, Japan, China and Bahrain. There are seven 6-hour races and one 24-hour race in France. The jewel in the FIA WEC crown is the 24 Heures du Mans, which will take place in 2015 on the 13/14 June. Double championship points underlines the importance of this race on the calendar. This is the race every driver and team wants to win and the 24 Heures du Mans is not just a motorsport event, it is one of the world’s greatest sporting events, ranked alongside the Olympics, the Superbowl and the soccer World Cup.
For the first time there will be four manufacturers competing for the World Endurance title on the LMP1 class. Nissan recently revealed the Nissan GT-R LM Nismo which will take on the might of reigning World Champions Toyota, 24 Hours of Le Mans winners and double World Champions Audi and race winners Porsche. The Japanese manufacturer also announced Marc Gene as their first driver signing and revealed that reigning 24 Hours of Le Mans LMP2 class winner and ELMS Vice Champion Harry Tincknell will become a Nissan factory driver in 2015. He is joined by Olivier Pla, the French driver also stepping up from LMP2 after scoring four wins and seven pole positions for GDrive Racing in 2014. Toyota has confirmed World Champion Anthony Davidson as the lead driver in the no1 TS040, with Alex Wurz in the no2 car. Audi has announced Marcel Fässler and Lucas di Grassi as the lead drivers in the no7 and no8 R18 e-tron quattros, with Porsche confirming Timo Bernhard and Romain Dumas in the no17 and no18 919 hybrids. The manufacturer driver lines are essentially unchanged with just two driver changes. Audi recently announcing Oliver Jarvis as the replacement for Tom Kristensen, while Toyota confirmed that Mike Conway would be racing for the team full time in 2015.
PLENTY OF ACTION IN STORE There are three LMP1 privateer entries for the 2015 season. Three time champions Rebellion Racing are entering two Rebellion R-Ones, with Nicolas Prost and Matthias Beche announced as the lead drivers. For 2015 the Swiss team will switch from Toyota to AER engines. Team Bykolles, formerly Lotus, will enter a single CLM P1/01 – AER with Swiss driver Simon Trummer named as the lead driver.
LMP2: quality & quantity After smaller than expected grids in 2014 the LMP2 category bounces back in 2015 with a large ten car entry that features six different manufacturers – Alpine, HPD, Ligier, Morgan, Oreca, Strakka Dome. 2014 LMP2 Vice Champions G-Drive Racing return as a two car team in 2015, racing the Ligier JS P2Nissan that proved to be so successful for them last year. Four times race winner Romain Rusinov and Columbian Gustavo Yacaman are the two lead drivers for the Russian team. 2013 LMP2 Champions Oak Racing also return to the WEC in 2015, with team owner Jacques Nicolet named in the no35 Ligier. After claiming three LMP2 victories last year, KCMG will also return in
PIT STOP Jean Todt, FIA President: “Over the past three years the WEC has surpassed all our expectations in terms of growth, popularity, innovation and excitement and in 2015, with the announcement of a season entry of 35 cars, those elements will again be to the fore. With new teams, new drivers and the prospect of even closer competition I am sure that the 2015 season will be another thrilling season for the World Endurance Championship.”

PIT STOP Shoichi Miyatani, CEO and President of Nismo: “Last year we were able to properly celebrate Nismo’s 30th Anniversary by taking home the series championship in the GT500 class of the SUPER GT. This year we will finally be participating in the LM P1 class of the FIA World Endurance Championship. This will be the first time in a while that Nissan/Nismo will participate in a world stage series and so we’re perfectly aware that it will not be a walk in the park. However, we will treat this first year as an opportunity to learn from some of the best.” Aston Martin Vantage LMGTE

2015 with the new Nissan powered Oreca 05 driven by Matt Howson. Following two successful outings in 2014, American team Extreme Speed Motorsports will compete for the entire WEC season in 2015 with a pair of the brand new HPD ARX 04B-Honda with ED Brown and Scott Sharp named as the lead drivers. After a difficult year of development in 2014, Strakka Racing will finally be able to showcase the new Strakka Dome S103 – Nissan in 2015. The Strakka Dome will be the only LMP2 car to use Michelin tyres and Nick Leventis, Jonny Kane and Danny Watts will all return to the WEC this season with the British team. Double European Le Mans Series Champions Signatech Alpine is bringing the Nissan powered Alpine A450B to the World Endurance Championship in 2015, with reigning ELMS Drivers Champion Nelson Panciatici confirmed by the team. Another team moving up from the ELMS is Team Morand. The Swiss team has formed a partnership with Japan’s SARD Racing to form a two car entry for Team SARD Morand running the Morgan Evo – SARD. Christian Klien will drive the no39 car entered under the Japanese flag, while Pierre Ragues will drive the Swiss entered no43 Morgan.
LMGTE Pro: three manufacturers Triple World Champions Ferrari are back to defend their title with a two car entry run by AF Corse. Gimmi Bruni will also return to defend his world title, racing the team’s no51 Ferrari 458 Italia, with Davide Rigon named in the no71 458. The Italians will face fierce opposition from a two car entry by Porsche Team Manthey and a three car assault by Aston Martin Racing. Two race wins and second place in the manufacturers title last season gives the German team a strong foundation on which to launch their 2015 campaign but nothing less than the world title will be good enough for the 2013 24 Hours of Le Mans class champions. Richard Lietz and Patrick Pilet have been named as the lead drivers in the no91 and n92 Porsche 911 RSRs respectively. Two becomes three for Aston Martin Racing in 2015 with the LMGTE Am Champions Young Driver AMR moving up to the Pro class to race alongside the no97 Aston Martin Vantage of Darren Turner and no99 Vantage V8 of Fernando Rees. The ‘All Danish’ no95 car will feature Lotus F1 reserve driver Marco Sørensen.

PIT STOP Pierre Fillon, President of ACO: “This grid represents the very top of endurance racing in the world today. We welcome back the teams and drivers who raced with the WEC in previous seasons and we also welcome the new teams who are joining the World Endurance Championship for the first time in 2015. With thirty-five entries received for the new season, the large number provides all the proof we need to demonstrate that the WEC is providing the correct environment for all the manufacturers, teams, drivers and sponsors who wish to compete at the highest levels of motorsport. The WEC and the 24 Heures du Mans is the top of the endurance pyramid and it is very good to see representatives from each continent – Europe, North America and Asia - where the ACO has established continental series. We are looking forward to The Prologue next month and then the first race at Silverstone in April.”

LMGTE Am: star quality on the grid Seven car and four different manufacturers makes the battle for the GTE Am title an exciting prospect in 2015. American acting star Patrick Dempsey will join the grid racing a Porsche 911 RSR for Dempsey-Proton Racing. A second Porsche 911 will be run under the Abu Dhabi-Proton Racing banner with Christian Ried racing the no88 car. 2012 LMGTE Am Champions and 24 Hours of Le Mans winners Larbre Competition return to the WEC in 2015 with the Corvette C7. Italian Gianluca Roda is named by the French team as the lead driver. Reigning ELMS LMGTE Champions SMP Racing will enter the WEC with a single Ferrari 458 for 2014 ELMS Champion Victor Shaitar, while AF Corse will also enter a single Ferrari 458 with François Perrodo as the lead driver. As well as the three LMGTE Pro cars, Aston Martin Racing will be running a further two Vantage V8s in the LMGTE Am class for Germany’s Roald Goethe (no96) and Canadian Paul Dalla Lana (no98).

PIT STOP Yoshiaki Kinoshita, Toyota Racing Team President: “We are very happy to confirm our driver line-up for 2015. We have worked with all our drivers for a long time now and have developed very strong relationships. This stability and consistency has been a significant part of our recent success so it was a priority when planning for 2015 and beyond. Based on our experiences in 2014, we have decided to modify the line-ups for each car and we believe this will give us the optimum overall performance as the individual driving styles are now well matched. All our drivers are WEC race winners and we are confident they will add to their tally this season and in the future.
Porsche 911 RSR LMGTE
PIT STOP Porsche LMP1Team Principal Andreas Seidl: “We are very happy to be allowed to enter a third car in what is only our second season. This shows once more how strongly the company backs the LMP1 programme. At the same time we face the operational side and need to be respectful of what it takes when entering three of those complex prototypes and handling nine drivers in Spa and Le Mans. In this regard it was also important to leave the proven driver combinations from last year untouched. These six now know all about each other and all the tracks on the WEC calendar. In 2014 the entire team was a newcomer. Now we can build on lessons learnt and our targets are more ambitious. Le Mans will be new territory for Nico Hülkenberg, as well as for Earl Bamber, and we will give our outmost to support them.”

Audi has been making its mark as a pioneer of new technologies in motorsport for three decades. So, with that in mind, we’re excited about meeting with a concept that’s as individual as Nissan’s. It’s clear that the battle for podium positions will even be fiercer this year. Even last year all three manufacturers were in contention for victory and obviously at Audi we’re set on battling for our 14th Le Mans victory and would like to bring back the WEC title to Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm.”

WHAT A RACE!
PIT STOP The Nissan GT-R has taken a significant victory at Mount Panorama after scoring a dramatic victory in the 2015 Bathurst 12 Hour. After a race full of drama, crashes and safety cars, Japanese star Katsumasa Chiyo passed two cars on the penultimate lap to secure a win for the NISMO Athlete Global Team. The victory for Chiyo and GT Academy winners Wolfgang Reip and Florian Strauss is the first time that the Nissan GT-R has won at Mount Panorama since the GT-R took backto-back Bathurst 1000 wins in 1991 and 1992. The crowd at the top of the Mount Panorama roared as Chiyo put the Nissan into the lead, a fairytale story after the car was damaged in a qualifying crash on Saturday, with repairs to the Nissan GT-R NISMO GT3 only completed at 4:30 a.m. local time on Sunday morning. Strauss was especially ecstatic to take victory, as he was a late recruit to the event when Alex Buncombe was unable to attend the event due to the birth of his first child. Strauss has only beena racing driver for 18 months following his win in GT Academy in 2013.

Following a turbulent race with a total of 20 safety car periods, the Italian-German-Belgian trio, after 269 laps, had to admit defeat in the overall classification with a gap of only 2.45 seconds. In qualifying, Laurens Vanthoor had clinched the pole position on setting a new official lap record. In the race, Markus Winkelhock achieved the fastest race lap ever set in a GT sports car. The second Phoenix Audi with extreme athlete Felix Baumgartner and his team-mates Christopher Haase and StĂŠphane Ortelli at the wheel finished in ninth place, ahead of another R8 LMS ultra of Team Hallmarc/Network Clothing with drivers Mark Eddy, Marc Cini and Christopher Mies.

PIT STOP Bentley Motorsport made a positive debut at the famous Mount Panorama circuit in Bathurst, Australia, taking a fourth-place finish after twelve hours of incredibly close racing. The Continental GT3 of the British driving trio of Guy Smith, Steven Kane and Matt Bell drove a strong race to take the lead in the final hour, only to be defeated in the final two laps by the Nissan. Driving the final stint, Matt Bell managed to hold second place until the last corner, when he was forced off line by two bouts of contact from chasing cars, ultimately crossing the line fourth.

DAY
LOGANO’S
This win in the Daytona 500 was the 14th overall for Ford and the first for Joey Logano in “The Great American Race”
THE LOGANO’S DAY “What an amazing moment. Wow. To win this race is just amazing. I have the best team on pit road for sure. These guys are awesome. My spotter did a great job giving me the information I need to get our front and stay out front before that last caution and be able to have a good restart there at the end. I knew I had the 15 behind me and Clint Bowyer was the best pusher I could find out there and was able to push me to the lead and I knew I wanted the outside to make sure he was behind me to work up there again.” Joey, what about the pass for the lead before the last caution and then the agony of the red flag? “The agony is that you just – I keep looking at this trophy behind you and it is amazing. What a beauty. Now I lost my train of thought. I am sorry. I am so distracted right now. We got the push that got us out front and that was just Clint pushing hard. He wasn’t lifting before he got to my bumper, he was slamming into the back bumper and that is what we needed to get this Ford out front and here in victory lane.”
Coming to the white flag before the caution, you look in your mirror, what do you see and what was the plan to stay out front? “You see cars, a lot of cars and I saw that we were single file the first three cars and I knew that was a good thing because it would be harder for them to form a run. Then I saw them crash in the mirror but I had a distance to go and I thought that was good because it was still going to be harder for them to catch up without as many cars in the pack. Then the caution came out anyway. That feeling of winning the Daytona 500, I can’t explain how cool this is. I said in an interview that this was our worst race track last year and we worked really hard to figure out how we could get better at it and all the hard work got us the win today.” As a kid who dreamed of doing this, how does the reality feel? “It feels just like the way you dream it. This is better than Disney World in here!”
The 2015 NASCAR Daytona 500 winner Joey Logano
THE LOGANO’S DAY
Joey, you are so young. You have so much ahead of you in terms of your future with NASCAR. With this being Jeff Gordon’s last season, if you could project forward, think about your last season, your last race, what would you hope people would say about you? What would you want your legacy to be? “That’s a tough question. I feel like I got over 20 years left in my career. It’s hard to look that far down the path. But, you know, as a person, I want to be known as more than just a racecar driver. I want to be known as a great person that’s willing to help out and give back when I’m supposed to, you know, when you’re supposed to be a good person. So-
meone that was fun to be around, enjoyed life, enjoyed the fact that you get to drive a racecar for a job. That’s like the coolest thing ever. Make sure I enjoy every second of it. Hopefully as a winner. So far this has been a great career for me. You only hope you can do as much as Jeff Gordon. Look at what he’s done in his career. He’s been an amazing ambassador for our sport. He was my favorite driver when I first started racing when I was six years old. I rooted for the 24 car because he was the young guy. Now I’m racing against him. He’s not the young guy anymore, but he’s still a lot of fun to race against. Being able to race against him today for the lead multiple times in the Daytona 500, that’s a dream come true for any kid. I’ll always remember that, for sure.”

THE LOGANO’S DAY
Mr. Roger Penske, when Joey Logano became available at the end of ‘12, why did you like him? What did you see you thought you could get out of him? “Well, I knew that he had raced for a great team. He was very successful in the Nationwide or Busch Series, I forget the name, it changes every year. Anyhow, he knew how to win races. He had Kyle and Denny Hamlin there. He was the young guy in the crowd. Brad was a big part of this, putting his arm around Joey, saying, Come onto our team and help us build this. I knew he was going to be a team player. I think that’s what’s paid off. There’s great transparency for us. It’s paid off in spades for us. You saw what he did last year. This is just the start I think of a career, he’s going to be a guy at the top for a long time.”

Roger, you’ve won 15 Indianapolis 500s, the all-time winningest team owner there, now you’re a two-time Daytona 500 team winning owner. How do you compare and contrast the two accomplishments? “Well, these are the two greatest races here in the United States. Just to say that we competed for as many years as we have, both at Indy and Daytona, is something that I’ll never forget. Today the competition, you know, racing for an OEM here, which is important, and the sponsors, this race has gotten bigger and bigger. To me, it’s pretty special. Obviously, I’d love to win both these races in the same year. You set those kind of goals for yourself. But today the Indy 500 is in May and the Daytona 500 is today. Overall I think these are two great accomplishments.
I get many of the laurels. When it really come down to the facts, it’s all about the people that have joined the team for so many years that have brought us this success, it’s the young drivers we just talked about, it’s the young mechanics, people that have come across the country to work on our team, thumbed their way across that worked their way up to be key people. When you look at auto racing, Knaus, go on down the line, we look at Todd, all these guys came from a different background. They just didn’t walk in at the top of this sport. You cannot as a driver, you can’t as a car owner, and you certainly can’t as an engineer or chief mechanic. You have to build it. That’s what we’ve been able to do from Nationwide to the Cup side, the Trucks. Those guys are the future leaders over the wall for us. It’s the people. Whether it’s at Indy or here, I think it takes the same formula.”

Held every February since 2007, the contest takes place on public lands in Johnson Valley, California in an off-highway vehicle area known as “The Hammers.” This year, competitors attempted to complete laps over the treacherous and variable terrain of a 215 mile race course. The circuit incorporates high desert track conditions with the infamous rocky canyons and trails from which the event takes its name.
The “4700 Spec Class” was created in 2014 for the “Every Man Challenge” race category with Mopar’s GEN III 5.7 liter HEMI® crate engine powering all six unique 4x4 entries that have been built with a custom tube frame design based loosely on a Jeep® Wrangler, and each equally outfitted with the same best industry-leading parts the off-road world has to offer. Based on the GEN II 426 Race HEMI, the 5.7L HEMI crate engines provided for this spec class are the off-road race version of the newest generation in the lineage of Mopar engines. Taking on the “Every Man Challenge” helps put the crate engine to the test with the extreme demands of off-road racing’s toughest
conditions, thus providing a proving ground for the brand’s quality products. For the past two years, both professional and first-time enthusiasts have been given the opportunity to take the wheel of the Mopar-powered 4700 Spec Class to experience what ULTRA4 Racing is all about. The turnkey solution gives enthusiasts the chance to race off-road in a fully capable four-wheel drive vehicle without the expense and challenges of building one of their own. “The Mopar-powered Spec car and class has been extremely well received and successful,” said David Cole, Executive Director of ULTRA4 Racing Series. “Not only is it bringing new people into the
sport at an affordable price, but the vehicle is competitive and durable, providing an exceptional and turnkey experience. We’re very happy to have the HEMI powering the 4700 Spec Class and working with Mopar to create this unique opportunity for enthusiasts.” The six unique Mopar-powered 4x4 vehicles took to the track for the “Every Man Challenge” with an 8:00 a.m. 30-second staggered start on a course that featured a route much rockier and arduous than previous ones, but still included aptly named segments such as the infamous “Backdoor” rock ledge, “the Wrecking Ball”, “Clawhammer”, Devil’s Slide, Jackhammer, and fan favorite Chocolate Thunder.
KING OF THE HAMMERS
The HEMI-powered vehicles saw some familiar names get behind the wheel for this year’s challenge. While neither Ricky Johnson, an AMA motocross legend and Pro 4 champ, or his son Luke, who competes in the TORC series, are strangers to winning, both were competing in their first Ultra4 event.

But that didn’t stop the younger Johnson from beating his father to the finish line by more than an hour and a half to take the class win and finish the “Every Man Challenge” fourth overall. The elder Johnson, who has one of the most extensive racing backgrounds of anyone competing at this year’s event, found his first Ultra4 experience extremely challenging. “There were times when I thought I was lost,” Johnson joked. “Because I would get somewhere and it didn’t even look like a trail.” The Spec class race did not lack in drama as the first HEMI-powered vehicle to actually cross the finish line and third overall, was
driven by Lance Clifford with a time of six hours and 56:49 minutes but the driver had his time disqualified after receiving outside help during his run. Known as the fastest woman on four wheels following a 2013 record breaking land speed run in Utah’s Salt Lake Flats, TV personality and gear head, Jessi Combs, returned for her second time at the helm of a HEMI-powered Spec class 4x4 for Team Falken after winning the 2014 edition of the Challenge. However, this year things didn’t go as planned when her ride succumbed to the difficult course on her second lap. One of the Mopar-powered Spec
class vehicles returned to the track with Belgian driver Axel Burmann aboard for Friday’s signature “King of the Hammers” race to compete against the professionals in a battle to conquer the course by completing three laps in under 14 hours. Only 17 entries finished the event, with Randy Slawson completing the three laps in eight hours and 52:23 minutes to take the “King of The Hammer’s title. Burmann’s spec class car was among the 118 entries that were unable to finish the race.

The race calendar will unfold across three continents and include three new circuits, taking the total since 2010 to twenty-five. The first date on the calendar, 21-22 March, will be before the official test session. This weekend will see the Maserati Racing Academy take place at Vallelunga (Italy) and is dedicated to training new drivers under the expert eye of professional instructors and drivers. At the end of the ‘course’, participants will
The Trofeo World Series will kick off in France on 26 April, at Paul Ricard; a weekend that will also see the official test session run. Round 2 will be disputed at Spielberg, Austria, on 24 May and will see the circuit make its first Trofeo appearance. On 28 June comes another new track: Road America in Wisconsin, USA. The Trofeo then makes a return to VIR – Danville, in Virginia, on 23 August. On 25 October the focus will shift to Asia as the championship touches down at Suzuka, Japan, for the first time ever. It will then be on to Abu Dhabi, for the third straight year, for the final stage of the series. Competing in every race will cost €125,000 (net of tax) with a bonus of €5,000 for those who sign up before 28 February. Maserati is also considering competing with the GranTurismo MC Trofeo in the CUP and GT4 international categories. Among the options on the table, to be finalised after discussions with US sporting authorities, is the possibility of racing two US rounds tied in with a Pirelli World Challenge North America event.
PADDOCK MIX V8 SUPERCARS Jack Daniel’s Racing has kicked off a year of celebrations, with the livery launch of Rick Kelly’s Nissan Altima for season 2015, which pays tribute to a decade in the sport for the world’s leading Tennessee Whiskey brand. In ticking over 10 years of involvement in Australian V8 Supercars and a total of 316 races to date, Jack Daniel’s is now one of the longest serving major sponsors on the grid. Since the commencement of this support, Jack Daniel’s has used the V8 Supercars platform to promote a responsible drinking message, with the “Pace Yourself, Drink Responsibly” phrase being widely promoted, including on the race car livery and merchandise. Jack Daniel’s entry into the category came in 2006 on the Perkins Motorsport cars of Steven Ri-
chards and Paul Dumbrell, with Richards taking the first victory for the brand that year in the Australian Grand Prix support races, while also claiming the overall round victory at Barbagallo Raceway. Todd Kelly joined the outfit in 2008, and took the first Championship race win at Symmons Plains, before the sponsorship moved to Kelly Racing in 2009, with Todd joined by younger brother Rick. Highlights for the duo include a pair of victories for Rick in 2011 at Hamilton and Sandown where he was joined on the podium on both occasions by Todd. Rick also took Jack Daniel’s to victory lane that year at Hidden Valley with a stunning late race move to climb from fifth into the lead. The V8 Supercars kicks off with the Clipsal 500 Adelaide from February 26 to March 1.
Dakar Series 2015 The 2015 Dakar Series calendar: - Desafío Ruta 40 (Argentina): 18 - 24 May - Desafío Guaraní (Paraguay): 6 - 12 July
Determined and focused on their objectives, the Dakar competitors also standout by their ability to regroup towards their next challenges. After the joys or disappointments of the 2015 edition, it is now time to prepare for the next challenge, which for many involves a confrontation on intermediate events, beginning with the two rounds of the Dakar Series that will be part of the program during 2015. First up will be Argentina with the Desafío Ruta 40 in May where the protagonists of next year’s Dakar will be in action. A few weeks later, the second edition of the Desafío Guaraní will be held in Paraguay with significantly different terrain that will offer the variety that is so characteristic of the Dakar.
The titles up for grabs in the bike, quad and car categories are now proper goals that the big names in the sport thrive to achieve. Making matters even more interesting is the combined classification of the two events, in which a trophy will be rewarded to the Dakar Series champions, as well as a free entry for the 2016 Dakar. Those competitors who have never participated in the Dakar will also enter a race within the race on the Desafío Ruta 40 and the Desafío Guaraní: the Dakar Challenge will offer a spot in the Dakar to the fastest among these newcomers who want to take part in the biggest rally-raid in the world.
PADDOCK MIX LONDON FORMULA E RACE GETS GREEN LIGHT Following a decision by Wandsworth Council, the London race of the all-electric FIA Formula E Championship has received planning approval to be held within the grounds of Battersea Park. The London ePrix will also encompass two separate races – Rounds 10 and 11 – on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 June, increasing the inaugural calendar by one additional race. After many months of planning and following lengthy consultations with all parties, the world’s first fully-electric racing series will host its final two rounds on a specially created 15-
turn, 2.92km circuit – designed by FE’s London Event Team together with British architect Simon Gibbons. Alejandro Agag, CEO of Formula E, said: “Discussions for our London Formula E race have been many months in the planning so we’re delighted to be awarded planning approval by Wandsworth Council. Our thanks must go to all the parties involved for their hardwork and co-operation, especially Mayor Boris Johnson, Wandsworth Council and the various stakeholder groups with interests in the location.
British racing driver Sam Bird, who competes for the UK-based Virgin Racing team, said of the circuit layout: “The track is in the beautiful Battersea Park, right next to the River Thames, just across from Chelsea and with some of the most famous features of London’s skyline in the background. The layout itself seems to combine fast straights,
a couple of high-speed bends, as well as some challenging chicanes and braking zones. I think the London ePrix spectators will be treated to some close, fast racing with plenty of action and overtaking. The organisers have done a good job with this layout and I can’t wait to race there, in front of my home crowd!”
WORLD RX SIGNS DEAL WITH DTM FOR HOCKENHEIM RACE
The FIA World Rallycross Championship has agreed terms with the World Motor Sport Council to hold a 13th World Championship round alongside the DTM season-opener at the Hockenheimring in Germany (1-3 May, 2015). The Hockenheimring was originally built in 1932 and is home to the biannual German Formula One race, held most recently in 2014. It has also staged DTM since the Championship’s inaugural season back in 1984. Since 2011, Hockenheimring has hosted both the opening and clo-
sing rounds of DTM with World RX driver Mattias Ekstrom winning last year’s season-finale in front of a sell-out crowd. Working closely with Apex Circuit Design, a purpose built rallycross circuit is being built in the famous “Sachs Arena” stadium section of the impressive German venue. The new partnership between IMG and ITR is part of a multi-year deal which sees the F1 circuit added to the growing list of world-famous race circuits that now boast purpose-built rallycross circuits.
PADDOCK MIX 2015 Dodge Charger unfeated in NHRA season
The combination of Don Schumacher Racing driver Matt Hagan, the Mopar Express Lane / Rocky Boots crew and the brand new 2015 Mopar Dodge Charger R/T continues to prove to be a winning one after a dominant performance at Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park earned the team a second Funny Car National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) title in as many events since the new vehicle’s debut this 2015 NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series season. The No.1 Qualifier posted another sub four-second run in as many days to once again lower the track record with a blistering 3.975-second pass, the fifth quickest elapsed time ever posted in competition, and the second fastest speed in Funny Car history at 324.83 miles per hour.
Development of the new Skoda Fabia R5 on schedule The development of ŠKODA’s eagerly awaited new rally car is going to plan. Asia-Pacific champion Jan Kopecký (CZ) and European champion Esapekka Lappi (FIN) put the Fabia R 5 through its paces on a wide range of surfaces and weather conditions during a recent series of comprehensive tests. The tests with the Fabia R 5 will continue throughout Europe in the next weeks. Veteran rally driver Freddy Loix (B) and Austria’s multiple champion Raimund Baumschlager are also among the team of drivers giving important input throughout the development of the new car.
The new Skoda racing car will be equipped with a 1.6-litre turbo engine and will also be fitted with a five-speed sequential gearbox and McPherson struts. The weight will be at least 1,230 kilograms, as stipulated in the regulations. The new ŠKODA Fabia R 5 will make its race debut once it has successfully been homologated by the International Automobile Federation FIA.
