Living Well in Challenging Times

with Peggy Foster

This six week course covers how we can learn to respond to stress in our lives in a mindful, loving and kind way to ourselves and others.

Pain Management with Ben Calder

Learn to manage physical pain using breathing techniques, visualisation and touch points that support the body's natural healing processes.


Exercise for Wellbeing with Graeme Waterfield

Sessions which mix Tai Chi movements with gentle stretches and mindfulness (chair-based and standing).

A Safe Space

with Lydia Watson

We have regular interactive sessions that are a safe space. In this space we learn tools to move through our fear, anxiety and stress responses.


What's available? Sound Therapy Using therapeutic sounds to bring body, mind and emotions back into balance and harmony.

Energy Healing with Lydia or Kate

The Healer supports you to unblock stuck emotions in the body through relaxation techniques and guided meditation.


Art Therapy

with Lisa Lochhead

The 'Emerging Woman Art Journey' is a two day experience for you to reveal your buried creativity in a safe supportive environment.

Art Journaling

with Lisa Lochhead

Creating art for wellness. Each person’s journal is unique, full of personal meaning and reflection that nourishes and enhances your wellbeing.


One-to-One Therapies Emotional Freedom Technique This therapy allows us to let go of painful memories/events, negative emotions or unhelpful beliefs. It works on the basis that if an area of our lives needs improvement there is likely an unresolved emotional issue in the way. It combines techniques from modern psychology with a gentle physical tapping (with our fingers) of acupressure points on the head and upper body. The combination often results in a much calmer mind and body Somatic Experiencing Do you often feel overwhelmed? This therapy tracks our physical sensations so we can gently and slowly learn to calm and regulate our overloaded nervous systems and restore a sense of safety without feeling overwhelmed.
