This wool rug is made by hand-woven in the Oaxaca region of Mexico, using local natural dyes such as Pomegranate, Indian rose, Tamarin and Indigo tree. The craftsman plays with the pedals of his loom so that each thread takes a natural hue creating a unique piece. This know-how has been passed down from generation to generation, perpetuating all the gestures inherent to the creation of this textile: carding, spinning, dyeing and weaving. www.artycraft.fr
