In the same sense, the Court also ruled in the Decision admitting the excep tion of unconstitutionality no. 1394/26.10.2010, published in the Official Gazette no. 863/23.12.2010:
Principiul așezării juste a sarcinii fiscale a fost analizat în multiple rânduri de Curtea Constituțională, fiind consi derat în strictă dependență de art. 16 alin. 1) din Constituție, care consacră egalitatea cetă țenilor în fața legii (1) Cetăţenii sunt egali în faţa legii şi a autorităţilor publice, fără privi legii şi fără discriminări.
În același sens, a sta tuat Curtea și în cuprinsul De ciziei de admitere a excepției de neconstituționalitate nr. 1394/26.10.2010, publicată în Monitorul Oficial nr. 863/23.12.2010:

In other words, the applica tion of tax provisions according to the letter of the law would lead to the unacceptable situa tion both from a constitutional perspective and from a syste matic perspective of tax legisla tion, in which, would be subject to gambling income tax including the player’s amounts, even if they were returned by the gambling organizer before they were played and even if the player actually loses.

După eliminarea ultimilor 5 clasați a fost rândul lui Max Ver stappen să domine a doua sesi une de calificări în timp ce cole gul Perez nu a reușit să facă pa sul în SurprizaQ3. a venit în sesiunea fi nală de calificări, Max a avut pro bleme de putere la motor, Hamil ton s-a mulțumit cu P7, Carlos Sainz a reușit să-l depășească pe coechipierul Leclerc asigurânduși plecarea din prima line, dar sur priza a fost George Russel de la Mercedes care a obținut primul pole possition din carieră.

The race starts, I’m not going to do an analysis but I can’t help but say it was superb, Max did a fantastic recovery race, he star ted from 10th place and mana ged to win, it’s clearly a credit to him and the car, but he was also helped by Ferrari’s strategies that put Leclerc hard on the last shift. Mercedes got on the podium with both drivers, Ferrari got 4th place with Sainz and 6th with Leclerc, Perez ranked 5th, McLaren with Lando Noris, Alpine with both dri vers and Vetel who announced his retirement at the end also scored the 2022 season.
