Any unforseen pre-existing conditions after demolition may require change orders and the alteration of the proposed construction practices and procedures. If any such changes occur, Castle Building & Remodeling, Inc. must be notified immediately and a change order must be signed by the customer for work to continue.

The Carpenters and Sub-Contractors will be responsible to inform Castle Building & Remodeling, Inc. of any discrepancies between the plans and actual job site dimensions that will effect the construction or materials.

Remove and keep door knob off closet door (to be stored by owner)

Make header at new opening with double 2x4.

Carefully remove and keep chair rail, base shoe and base molding. Remove closet wall.

Frame down ceiling above new bar area to make flush with existing 91.5" soffit. Do this by mounting 2x4 to back wall. From 2x4 extend framing to double 2x4 header.

Cut sheetrock 4" above what new opening is to be.

Remove and keep hard wood fLoor from closet area (to be stored by owner)

At ceiling make 9" by 18" opening above center cabinet so that owner's can have "secret" storage access above cabinet.
