Keeping the number of registered voters within each district as equal as possible, as the Election Commission is required to do, helps ensure each area is represented equally at Town Council meetings.

Town Council Districts 3 and 5. Castle Rock’s first Mayor at-large will also be on the ballot. Check CRgov.com/ElectionDistricts for more information and detailed map. Per the Town Charter, election districts will be evaluated again in 2021 and every six years after that to achieve equal apportionment of electors within each district due to continued growth.
