THEPACK® est la nouvelle marque déposée de Garcia de pou pour son nouveau packaging en carton fait de nano-micro-technologie.
QU’EST-CE QUE LA TECHNOLOGIE NANO-MICRO ?
Nano-micro est la plus petite taille pour le carton ondulé. Ceci implique beaucoup de technologie, d’investissement et de connaissances pour produire des nanomicroondulations avec des papiers de faible grammage.
QUELS SONT LES AVANTAGES DE LA NANOTECHNOLOGIE POUR L’EMBALLAGE DES ALIMENTS ET LE TAKE AWAY ?
Grâce à la nanotechnologie, l’emballage devient plus résistant, plus léger et permet de maintenir la température intérieure plus longtemps. L’ondulation nano-micro offre une plus grande rigidité à l’emballage et réduit la quantité de papier utilisée dans sa fabrication.
LES PRODUITS THEPACK®
NANO-MICRO SONT-ILS RÉSISTANTS AUX GRAISSES ?
Tous les produits THEPACK® nano-micro sont résistants à la graisse et à l’humidité parce qu’ils disposent soit d’une couche interne de papier ingraissable (sans PFOS / PFOA) incorporée, soit d’un revêtement en polypropylène (PP), ce qui empêche la détérioration de l’emballage pendant l’utilisation.
LES PRODUITS THEPACK®
SONT-ILS MICRO-ONDABLES ?
Oui, mis à part les produits comportant une fenêtre, ils sont micro-ondables. Ils peuvent être chauffés au micro-ondes pendant 9 minutes à 1000W ou 7 minutes et demie à 1200W.
QUELLE EST LA FINALITÉ EXACTE DE THEPACK® ?
Son but est de remplacer l’emballage en FOAM (PSE Expanded Polystyrène).
THEPACK® est la solution idéale pour ce changement car il allie qualité et respect de l’environnement, et est aussi biodégradable, léger, résistant tout en fournissant une isolation thermique.

WHAT IS THEPACK®?
THEPACK® is the registered trademark of GARCIA DE POU for its latest range of cardboard packaging produced with nano-micro technology.
WHAT IS NANO-MICRO TECHNOLOGY?
Nano-micro flute is the thinnest thickness of corrugated cardboard. Producing nano-micro flute from lightweight paper requires a high degree of technology, investment and know-how.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF NANO TECHNOLOGY FOR FOOD AND TAKEAWAY PACKAGING?
Nano technology makes packaging stronger, lighter and more heat insulated (the internal temperature is maintained for longer).
Nano-micro flute cardboard is more rigid and reduces the amount of paper used in the manufacturing process.
ARE THEPACK® NANO-MICRO PRODUCTS GREASEPROOF?
All THEPACK® nano-micro products are greasepoof and WS wet strenght resistant, since they either boast an inner liner of greaseproof paper (PFOS/ PFOA free) or a polypropylene (PP) coating, which prevent damage to the packaging during use.
ARE THEPACK® PRODUCTS MICROWAVEABLE?
Yes, they are microwaveable, except the ones with window. They can be heated in the microwave for nine minutes at 1000W or seven and a half minutes at 1200W.
WHAT EXACT PURPOSE DOES THEPACK® HAVE?
THEPACK® is an alternative to packaging made from Expanded Polystyrene (EPS).
We believe that THEPACK® is a solution combining quality and respect for the environment, since it is biodegradable, lightweight and strong and delivers heat insulation.

RESPECTUEUX DE L’ENVIRONNEMENT ?
La plupart des produits THEPACK® sont biodégradables, ce qui empêche la production de déchets toxiques et polluants.
Ils sont certifiés FSC™, ce qui garantit que la matière première provient de forêts gérées de manière responsable.
Ils sont fabriqués avec du papier 100% vierge de haute qualité rendant ces produits durables et respectueux de l’environnement.
Ils sont faits de matières recyclables qui permettent à l’emballage, une fois utilisé, de redevenir une matière première utilisable : 0% de déchets.
De plus, sa principale caractéristique est que, grâce à l’ondulation nano-micro, l’emballage devient plus léger et acquiert une plus grande rigidité. C’est très important dans cette transition écologique car ceci réduit l’utilisation de matériaux employés, favorise une consommation responsable et une plus grande sensibilisation au respect de l’environnement. HEAT-SEALING MACHINE
Ces barquettes garantissent l'arrivée des aliments en parfait état, sans risque d'avoir débordé, grâce à leur fermeture hermétique et à leur grande étanchéité. Aucun film supplémentaire ni couvercle n'est nécessaire. En outre, une partie en carton située sur le dessus peut être retirée pour montrer le contenu à travers une fenêtre transparente, améliorant ainsi la qualité du produit.
These containers ensure the delivery of food in perfect condition. Thanks to air tight sealing there is no risk of spillage. They do not require additional film or separate lids, simplifying packaging. Additionally a section of cardboard in the top can be removed for content display through a transparent window, further improving the product presentation.
