Patented 3D rotation Gene Café’s unique mixing rotation system features off-axis roatation to ensure even distribution of the beans and better heat circulation during the roasting process.
Automatic cooling function The Gene Café automatically switches from roasting to cooling, and temperature sensors control the cooling process. An audible tone lets you know when the cooling cycle has completed.
Removable bisected roasting chamber The divided roasting chamber efficiently distributes the beans as they roast. Ensuring even heat flow and efficient cooling. Gene Café roasters come with a chamber stand to safely and securly hold the chamber upright for convinient filling and cleaning.
Cybernetic sensor safety system In the event that the Gene café’s roasting temperature exceeds a preset upper limit, the heater will automatically shut off.
High efficiency chaff removal Perforations in the roasting chamber divider panel help to gently remove chaff, a thin membrane surrounding the bean, and whisk it away into a spacious collection chamber that is easy to detach and empty. Fast response heat control A simple dial provides precise control over the nickel chrome coil heater for accurate roasting temperature while an LED display shows both the set and actual temperatures. Dynamic roasting and cooling A second control knob makes it a snap to change the roasting cycle time on the fly. Manually switching from roasting to cooling is as easy as pressing a button. Digital displays show roasting time and cooling status.
