Cos’è? Il Decreto Legge N.20 Sistema Ruota stabilisce che ogni cerchio in lega venduto in territorio italiano debba essere regolarmente omologato secondo quanto indicato nella normativa emanata dal Ministero dei Trasporti, a tutela della sicurezza dell’utente finale. A cosa serve? Per montare cerchi in lega differenti da quelli indicati nel libretto di circolazione, purchè regolarmente OMOLOGATI NAD.

Come si ottiene? G.M.P. GROUP S.r.l. dopo aver completato l’iter omologativo dei prodotti, volto a verificarne la sicurezza e la compatibilità con la normativa emanata dal Ministero dei Trasporti, è tenuto ad indicare in maniera evidente su ogni prodotto il relativo numero di omologazione NAD sotto forma di etichetta adesiva approvata dal MIT (come evidenziato nella figura 1) o ricavata direttamente da fusione tramite apposito tassello.
Sistema qualità
Come verificare la compatibilità di un cerchio con la propria auto? Tramite la consulenza del gommista/punto vendita autorizzato. Una volta fatta questa verifica il gommista / punto vendita vi rilascerà il certificato NAD che comprende il campo d’impiego, la dichiarazione di corretto montaggio (Allegato E) ed il certificato di conformità del sistema ruota. I documenti sono da conservare nella propria auto. Nel caso in cui la misura degli pneumatici non sia riportata nel libretto di circolazione, recarsi presso gli uffici della Motorizzazione Civile della propria città o presso un’agenzia di pratiche automobilistiche, presentando la documentazione rilasciata dal gommista al fine di ottenere il benestare all’utilizzo degli pneumatici ed eventuale aggiornamento del libretto.
Il nostro Sistema Qualità rappresenta l’elemento principale per il corretto svolgimento dell’intero processo produttivo, realizzato per soddisfare i più elevati standard qualitativi richiesti dal mercato a livello internazionale.
Quale rischio si corre circolando con cerchi in lega non omologati? La sanzione prevista in questo caso è di tipo amministrativo e prevede il ritiro del libretto di circolazione dell’auto.
