After creating a structured cabling system using TCK-LAN 速 brand products only, the certified technician can send in system characteristics and apply for a 25-year warranty. Please note that all cabling components meet international RoHS and WEEE environmental standards. All current regulations such as TIA/EIA568A/B, ISO 11801, EN50173, IEEE 802.Eab are met.

RACKS INDOOR/OUTDOOR IP55 SERIES FLOOR RACKS The IP55 series racks were designed for rack applications in environments subject to weather variations. The IP code identifies the rack protection grade against external elements. There are two main categories: indoor housing and outdoor housing. There are 3 sub-categories for each main category: base version rack, rack version with forced ventilation and rack with air conditioner.

RACKS MECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS • Frame: frame, bracket, base and depth profiles are made of press-bend steel plate; • Panelling: rack side and rear panels, made of press-bent sheet metal, are mounted on the structure with screws only accessible from the rack interior. IP protection is guaranteed by a EPDM rubber gasket; • Bottom: the rack bottom is made of press-bent sheet metal. IP protection is guaranteed by a closed cell Neoprene sponge gasket. The cable inlet can be constructed with standard IP plastic or metal raceways or a multiple raceway that allows different diameter cable inlet; • Top: the top is made up of two panels; the inner one with IP protection. They guarantee seal with an EPDM rubber gasket. The outer panel acts as a sun shield using a gap; • Door: racks are supplied with a front door. The solid door and IP protection, like panels, is guaranteed by an EPDM rubber gasket with metallic insert directly secured to the frame profiles. V ideo surveillance The TCK-CAM video surveillance system was designed to fully meet customer needs, starting from small private installations to supermarket, hotel, service station, town, etc. video surveillance.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE TCK-CAM DIGITAL VIDEO RECORDER SYSTEM Analogue video signal capture and recording device that can be queried by a vision and programming software (ViewCAM). The flash memory housed in the device (Secure Digital SDHC card) is able to save captured video directly in MPEG4 format, therefore no server or additional video recorder are required. A video surveillance system can be simply and quickly created: just connect the 2 cables to the video camera (power + video signal) and the Ethernet RJ45 cable to the local network. The system includes 4 alternatives for various needs.

O.F. TOOLS OTDR OTDR is a reader used to analyse and find optical fibre faults. It can be used to test cables before installation. Analysis lets the user assess the optical fibre length and attenuation, including any events such as junctions, pairing, connections, point defects and introduced attenuation. A fibre break can be identified and its distance from the analysis point estimated. Multi-mode, mono-mode and dual window test tools are available (various models).

SPLICERS This tool automatically splices and aligns cores with relevant tests.
