Meatloaf
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef, 80% lean 1 lb. ground turkey 3 eggs 1/2 cup ketchup 1 tbsp parsley, chopped 6 tbsp onion, chopped 1 tsp powdered mustard 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs 2 tbsp olive oil 1–2 tbsp Mrs. Dash seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 325° F. Sauté onions in olive oil and cool. Mix ground meats, eggs, onions, parsley, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and Mrs. Dash. Add panko and mix thoroughly. Bake meatloaf for 45‑60 minutes. Allow to rest for 20 minutes before serving.
