Meatloaf Makes 6 servings Ingredients 1 lb. ground beef, 80% lean 1 lb. ground turkey 3 eggs 1/2 cup ketchup 1 tbsp parsley, chopped 6 tbsp onion, chopped 1 tsp powdered mustard 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs 2 tbsp olive oil 1–2 tbsp Mrs. Dash seasoning Directions Preheat oven to 325° F. Sauté onions in olive oil and cool. Mix ground meats, eggs, onions, parsley, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and Mrs. Dash. Add panko and mix thoroughly. Bake meatloaf for 45-60 minutes. Allow to rest for 20 minutes before serving. Per serving: 423 calories, 10 g carbohydrates, 32 g protein, 27 g total fat, 9 g saturated fat, 206 mg sodium and 200 mg cholesterol
