Welcome to our 2025 Bull and Female sale. The last couple of years have been very rewarding to the astute and dedicated cattle ranchers. The beef market continues to increase. In my view, with the declining cow inventories in North America, this will translate into many rewarding years for the cow/ calf producers. The investments made for Bulls or Females will return good margins for our buyers.
Our 2025 Bull and Female offerings are from our diverse sire group. FDN 585J Fairview Advance has proven to be an excellent Fullblood sire for us. His daughters are calving this year and are very impressive. Deep length and temperament are his proven traits.
Our Black division of Bulls and Heifers have exceptional depth and thickness. Several carry that wanted money stripe. Our Red Factor offering is also very impressive.

First, we would like to express our sincere thanks to the Klammer Family at Triple K Simmentals for once again inviting us to participate in their sixth annual The Real Deal Bull and Female sale.
We are delighted to share the news of our herd increase with the birth of our grandson in August 2024 who is healthy and active. We also have eight yearling bulls to highlight in this year’s sale.
These eight yearling bulls are well-tempered. Despite last year’s dry weather, they thrived on green pasture without creep feed. Weaned on August 26, 2024, they have developed well. Six are polled and two are horned. Any of them would be a great addition to your herd.

This traditional colored pure-bred bull is unique in his structure and presents; also, that both his parents are polled, and he is horned. Another great Lotto son out of Skors Black Freda 19Z. Freda has produced great bulls such as Full House 4H, our herd sire, and BDC Lotto Koda 5K who was bought by Dwayne Flasch and Blushrose Simmentals at last year’s The Real Deal sale. All her females remain in the herd and Maximus is homo polled and homo black.
Morgan is an attractive Full House black homo polled bull with length, top and depth. His mother, Hildy 1H, is a nice moderate cow out of Body Builder who has also produced us an impressive heifer from Full House, Lizzy 3L, who has just given birth to an impressive bull calf that if he stays on this path should be in the sale next year.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DLMS FARM GATE TIMED AUCTION WITH EXTENDED BIDDING:
1.Visit dlms.ca and follow the link to the DLMS FarmGate timed auction site www.farmgatetimedauctions.ca, click the LOGIN/ REGISTRATION button. First time users will select the REGISTER button from this page. Fill out the registration form to signup for a free user account and it allows you to select a username and password for use on all Farm Gate Timed auctions. This program will send you text and email messages whenever there is activity on your favorite lots or someone challenges your proxy bid and this is why you will be asked for both your current email and cell phone number. If you are a past participant in the Farm Gate Timed auctions simply enter your user name and password to continue. This takes you to a list of both current and upcoming Farm Gate Auctions.
2. You can choose your favourite lots in this sale at this time and the program will allow you to open either all sale lots or just your favorite lots on your screen. Any time there is active bidding on a lot you have identified on your favorite list you will get a text and/or an email noting this activity.
3. The program allows you to place a proxy bid on any sale lot. This in fact protects your interest in any lot of interest for you to a specified dollar value you set, when you may not be able to give 100% attention to the sale. If the lot has a $2000 bid on it and you place a proxy bid of $3500 into the system, the computer will bid $2100 for you but if some one else bids $2200, the computer will again bid for you, this time at $2300. FAQ:
WHAT IS RACEHORSE STYLE SALE CLOSE? Racehorse style sale close is when the entire sale stays open in extended bidding. This type of sale allows you as the bidder to change to a different lot within the same sale if the bidding has gone in to extended bidding.
HOW WILL EXTENDED BIDDING WORK? When we get to the close out end time the clock for close extends with any bid placed with less than 5 min on the clock. This type of extended bidding turns the end time to more of a soft time. Extended bidding allows bidders to compete in lots like a real auction and give all bidders the same time to make a decision. Always follow the clock to see how much time remains in the sale you are interested in.
All bulls are guaranteed to be satisfactory breeders in accordance with CSA guidelines.
Should a problem occur barring physical injury or mismanagement, a bull of equal value will be provided or a refund will be issued towards the purchase of another bull.
