Refund Policy
1. Complete one registration form for each person. 2. Attach a check or money order payable to “CCBC” for class tuition and lab fees if applicable. Write your telephone number on your check. Do not mail cash. 3. Mail the registration form and payment to: CCBC, Information & Registration Center 1 Campus Drive, Monaca, PA 15061-2588 4. Cancelled checks and money order stubs will serve as your receipts.
1. Refunds are available for pre-registered students under the following restrictions: a. 100% refund of tuition only, if written notification is received prior to the first class meeting. b. 50% refund of tuition only, if written notification is received prior to the second class meeting.

Senior Citizens Tuition for PA resident students, age 65 years or older, will be waived for a majority of non-credit courses on a space available basis. Other costs (textbooks, lab fees, supplies, etc.) must be assumed by the individual.

Casino Dealer Training All Table Games classes are held at the Washington County Center, Southpointe Attention First Time Students. INTRODUCTION TO GAMING IS A PREREQUISITE TO ALL GAMING COURSES. Therefore, you can only register for table games classes if you have completed or are scheduled for Introduction to Gaming. Class times and dates are subject to change. PREREQUISITE FOR BEING A DEALER: Dealers must possess the ability to deal multiple games and variations of those games. Manual dexterity, color perception and the ability to stand 100% of the time is expected. Basic math skills, quick recall and the ability to calculate without aid are required. As a dealer, you will be exposed to second hand smoke and higher than normal noise levels. Exceptional guest services skills and the ability to handle difficult people are essential. A dealer must possess excellent verbal communication skills and be able to adjust interaction with people when necessary. Since a dealer is part of a Casino’s entertainment, an outgoing personality is an important attribute. Professional appearance and attitude are equally important. Personal grooming and appropriate dress must meet Casino standards. The minimum age requirement to perform the work of a dealer is 18. Successful candidates will be able to work a flexible schedule including all shifts (evenings, weekends and holidays) as well as pass an audition/interview and all pre-employment testing. If hired, the employee must secure and maintain a Pennsylvania Gaming License. All dealers are required to successfully complete CPR instruction
