Quick Reference Guide for Delivering Tests This Quick Reference Guide was designed to assist you to as Test Proctor in delivering tests.

Test Delivery – Creating Test Session Number 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) 8) 9)

On the left-hand side of screen in navigation, click TEST DELIVERY Enter SESSION NAME (this is for you to identify the Test Session) If more than one testing event is active, you will need to select an event If you are testing the Stanford 10, you will also need to choose a subject Click CREATE Window will display PROCTOR SESSION The SESSION NAME and TEST SESSION NUMBER will be displayed Students need this session number to login so you may want to write the number on the board. Wait at this screen for students to login to test Figure 1

Student Login Procedure 1) 2) 3) 4)

Enter SESSION NUMBER and click LOGIN Enter required student login information (Figure 1) and click LOGIN Confirm information and click CONTINUE The student’s name will appear as well as PLEASE WAIT until the Proctor approves

If a student can not login, click STUDENT lookup in top right corner Enter information Click SEARCH Verify information student is entering If information in system is INCORRECT, give the student what is in the system so they can complete the test AFTER TESTING, inform the Administrator of the error immediately before reports are run

Approving Students for Testing 1) The PROCTOR SESSION window will refresh every 30 seconds displaying students waiting approval 2) Verify the student is the same as the name displayed on their screen 3) Click APPROVE

Monitor Progress on Proctor Screen 1) The PROCTOR SESSION window will refresh every 30 seconds displaying students progress 2) To filter the APPROVED STUDENTS click ALL, IN PROGRESS, COMPLETED or NOT STARTED

Reports 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) 8) 9)

On the left-hand side of screen in navigation, click the + sign next to the appropriate school or district Click REPORTS If more than one administration is available for reporting, you will need to select the administration Select REPORT TYPE Select appropriate information for report Click RUN REPORT Select the correct report(s) Click GENERATE PDF Click SAVE and specify location or click OPEN and print
