For or against recycling Textbook page 24-25 21. Facts about recycling Write five sentences about recycling. Example: Leftovers can become food for animals. Setningene kan ta utgangspunkt i teksten og kan handle om kildesortering av mat, papir, glass etc. Innlevering av klær kan også nevnes. 16
22. Find their arguments Find and write down the arguments.
I am against recycling because it can create dangerous situations. Many of us could be injured trying to fight our way to the food if there are crowds of us crawling around in the different containers. Think how easy it is for the humans to get hold of us. Why should we make it harder for ourselves? Let the humans throw their food and garbage around. That gives us easy access to all their leftovers. I say, vote no! I am for food sorting, because this will mean more quality food. It will mean less paper and garbage to go through; less chance of getting cut on paper and tin cans; and last, but not least, better health. A lot of us are infected by illness, but by knowing where the food comes from we can pick and choose. Remember humans are full of disease. So let us pick the healthy and tasty food that will give us healthier children.
a) Write down the arguments against recycling.
Se løsning side 148.
