Q. Let’s introduce, who you are and what you do?

A. First of all, I would like to thank you for giving me the possibility to share my experience and I hope we can help our readers to develop their Personal Brand or a Company brand for their future careers.

Short way to explain about me and my background, my name is Irma Kacharava from Georgia, Tbilisi (Georgia is a country located in the Caucasus, and it is bounded by the Black Sea to the west).

Yes, too far from the USA, but No matter, how far we are, with a good strategy and strong management even from the miles we can reach the best result! I am an international PR and Communications specialists with 15 years of experience in PR/ Branding / Social Media/ Project & Event management, Helping Companies & Individuals Build and Develop their Brands!

Q. Why did you choose PR as a career?

A. Good question, Because PR is a great role for creatives, as you’ll be thinking up marketing campaigns to help different brands sell themselves. it gives you more freedom, opportunity to work for different clients, make new contacts, learn new things every day and see how you become part of the result of what you are doing and when you see with your help how company/person is growing and developing.

Q. Why it is so necessary to build a personal brand?

A. Nowadays, it is a very trend-based topic, I would say it needs everybody because everything that we are doing or saying is a PR. Building a personal brand has never been more important than it is today. To start attracting clients for their business or make an audience on social media platforms, and that’s exactly what a lot of people are doing now.

Q. Can you give us tips, how to begin and build our personal brand?

A. The key to making you different from your competition is building your own brand. Which will distinguish you from others. helping to lasting impression in the mind of people, it is also in your tone, action, messaging, content, voice, and whole image. Personalities are what makes us memorable and that is what gets people to like or dislike us.
